1 Kings
Chapter 19 9 There he came to a cave, where he took shelter. But the word of the LORD came to him, "Why are you here, Elijah?" 11 1 Then the LORD said, "Go outside and stand on the mountain before the LORD; the LORD will be passing by." A strong and heavy wind was rending the mountains and crushing rocks before the LORD--but the LORD was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake--but the LORD was not in the earthquake. 12 After the earthquake there was fire--but the LORD was not in the fire. After the fire there was a tiny whispering sound. 13 When he heard this, Elijah hid his face in his cloak and went and stood at the entrance of the cave. A voice said to him, "Elijah, why are you here?"

Romans
Chapter 9 1 1 2 I speak the truth in Christ, I do not lie; my conscience joins with the holy Spirit in bearing me witness 2 that I have great sorrow and constant anguish in my heart. 3 For I could wish that I myself were accursed and separated from Christ for the sake of my brothers, my kin according to the flesh. 4 They are Israelites; theirs the adoption, the glory, the covenants, the giving of the law, the worship, and the promises; 5 theirs the patriarchs, and from them, according to the flesh, is the Messiah. God who is over all 3 be blessed forever. Amen.

Matthew
Chapter 14 22 1 Then he made the disciples get into the boat and precede him to the other side, while he dismissed the crowds. 23 After doing so, he went up on the mountain by himself to pray. When it was evening he was there alone. 24 Meanwhile the boat, already a few miles offshore, was being tossed about by the waves, for the wind was against it. 25 During the fourth watch of the night, 2 he came toward them, walking on the sea. 26 When the disciples saw him walking on the sea they were terrified. "It is a ghost," they said, and they cried out in fear. 27 At once (Jesus) spoke to them, "Take courage, it is I; 3 do not be afraid." 28 Peter said to him in reply, "Lord, if it is you, command me to come to you on the water." 29 He said, "Come." Peter got out of the boat and began to walk on the water toward Jesus. 30 But when he saw how (strong) the wind was he became frightened; and, beginning to sink, he cried out, "Lord, save me!" 31 Immediately Jesus stretched out his hand and caught him, and said to him, "O you of little faith, 4 why did you doubt?" 32 After they got into the boat, the wind died down. 33 5 Those who were in the boat did him homage, saying, "Truly, you are the Son of God."

The Programmer granted Elijah access to Himself.

He began by showing Elijah the vast, powerful forces He could program and direct.  The "strong and heavy wind" is an Iron Age description of how His Power to Program and re-Program could reduce even rock to its component sub-programs, but The Programmer wasn't actually that force, but the Cause of its result.  The Programmer altered the earth program so that it shook, but He was not in that program, either.  Then, He programmed fire, but He wasn't in the fire, He programmed it.

After the fire, there was a tiny, whispering sound.  That was The Programmer, who wanted to know why Eli hah was there, (Elijah told Him it was because His people had abandoned Him, The Programmer, and had killed those prophets who were given access.)

I tell people the facts about The Program (Jesus Christ, in perfect, loving, human form) and my soul (the part of my being that is aware of Him) is joined with The Holy Wireless Connector and is validating my download with great sorrow and anguish in my heart (just as Elijah felt when he saw The People of The Program abandoning The Programmer).  I love my brothers of the flesh so much that I would give my soul to have them upload themselves into The Program.  They are sons of Jacob, and they have been promised access to The Programmer through their faithful fathers, and from them, The Program, Himself, will come in human form.  God, Who programs all be blessed forever.

The Program, Jesus Christ in perfect, loving, human form, had the disciples precede Him to the other side in a boat, while He told the crowds to go home.  Then, He went up on the mountain to reinforce His relationship with The Programmer.  He was alone by evening.  The boat, a few miles from shore, was being tossed around on the waves, because the disciples were heading against the wind, (of nature and of human resistance to sacrificing themselves to The Programmer).  Just before dawn, He,  came toward them, walking on the water with His power to re-Program His Father's creation program.  They were frightened, and thought He was a ghost.  The Program said, "Get courage (from The Holy Wireless Connector).  It is I, don't be afraid."

Peter said, "Lord, if it is You, give me the power to reprogram the water so that I can walk on it, too."  He said, "Come."  Peter got out of the boat, and began to walk on his own re-programming skills.  But, when he saw how powerful The Earthly Program that made the storm was, he got scared, and lost his ability to re-program, calling "Program, save me!"  Jesus immediately reached out His hand, kept him reprogrammed in his ability to disregard the laws of The Creation Program, and said, "You started to sink because you doubted The Program.  Why did you doubt?"  They got into the boat, and the wind died down.  The disciples worshipped Him, and told Him, "You are truly The Son of He Who Programmed all."
