Habakkuk
Chapter 1 2 1 How long, O LORD? I cry for help but you do not listen! I cry out to you, "Violence!" but you do not intervene. 3 Why do you let me see ruin; why must I look at misery? Destruction and violence are before me; there is strife, and clamorous discord. Chapter 2 2 Then the LORD answered me and said: Write down the vision Clearly upon the tablets, so that one can read it readily. 3 For the vision still has its time, presses on to fulfillment, and will not disappoint; If it delays, wait for it, it will surely come, it will not be late. 4 2 The rash man has no integrity; but the just man, because of his faith, shall live. Wealth, too, is treacherous: the proud, unstable man--

Catholic Fundamentalism Interpretation

O, Programmer, I ask for assistance, but you do not hear me!  I cry out to You, "People are overwhelmed by damaging errors!", but you don't erase, edit, or re-write their programs.  Why do you let me see these destructive errors?  Why must I look at the result of bad programming?  Destructive programs are in front of me, errors and viruses abound.

Then, The Programmer said, "Write down your vision of The Program where anyone can refer to it easily.   My program is still running properly, and is approaching its final sequences.  It won't leave any errors standing.  If there is a delay, be patient, The Program will arrive on time.  Those moved by impatience have no integrity, but those concerned with The Program will live.

Reading II

2 Timothy
Chapter 1 6 For this reason, I remind you to stir into flame the gift of God 1 that you have through the imposition of my hands. 7 For God did not give us a spirit of cowardice but rather of power and love and self-control. 8 So do not be ashamed of your testimony to our Lord, 2 nor of me, a prisoner for his sake; but bear your share of hardship for the gospel with the strength that comes from God. 13 Take as your norm the sound words that you heard from me, in the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. 14 Guard this rich trust with the help of the holy Spirit that dwells within us.

Interpretation

Don't let the Programmer's gift that I passed on to you by the laying on of hands lie smoldering.  Fan it into flames!  The Programmer does not want us to be cowards, but to have power guided by love and self-control.  Don't be ashamed of your commitment to The Program, or of me, a prisoner for his sake.  Bear your share of suffering for the sake of The Operating Instructions with the strength that comes from The Programmer.  Take as error-free the parts of the Operating Instructions you downloaded from me, in the faith and love that are in The Program, Himself.  The Holy Wireless Connector that has been downloaded within us will help you guard your faith.

Gospel

Luke
Chapter 17 5 And the apostles said to the Lord, "Increase our faith." 6 The Lord replied, "If you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you would say to (this) mulberry tree, 'Be uprooted and planted in the sea,' and it would obey you. 7 1 "Who among you would say to your servant who has just come in from plowing or tending sheep in the field, 'Come here immediately and take your place at table'? 8 Would he not rather say to him, 'Prepare something for me to eat. Put on your apron and wait on me while I eat and drink. You may eat and drink when I am finished'? 9 Is he grateful to that servant because he did what was commanded? 10 So should it be with you. When you have done all you have been commanded, say, 'We are unprofitable servants; we have done what we were obliged to do.'"

Interpretation

The first chosen Downloaders said to The Program, "Increase our belief in The Programmer, Program, and Holy Wireless Connector."  The Program answered:

"If Programming Power could be measured in physical form, an amount of it the size of a mustard seed could not only pick up a tree and throw it into the sea, but would also rearrange its genetic structure so that it would grow there.  That's the amount of power a human program is capable of downloading.

If you had a programmer of lesser power programming for you, you'd expect him to do what you wanted until he'd finished his programming duties.  So, The Programmer wants you to keep busy with your sub-programming duties.  He's not grateful to you for doing your job, you should be grateful to him for giving you an opportunity to serve.  Even if you've programmed everything you can, restrain your tendency toward self-important programming, realize what pitifully small programmers you are and understand that you have only done what you were supposed to do."  Implied: Use your faith to serve.
