Acts
Chapter 15 1 1 Some who had come down from Judea were instructing the brothers, "Unless you are circumcised according to the Mosaic practice, you cannot be saved." 2 2 Because there arose no little dissension and debate by Paul and Barnabas with them, it was decided that Paul, Barnabas, and some of the others should go up to Jerusalem to the apostles and presbyters about this question. 22 Then the apostles and presbyters, in agreement with the whole church, decided to choose representatives and to send them to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas. The ones chosen were Judas, who was called Barsabbas, and Silas, leaders among the brothers. 23 This is the letter delivered by them: "The apostles and the presbyters, your brothers, to the brothers in Antioch, Syria, and Cilicia of Gentile origin: greetings. 24 Since we have heard that some of our number (who went out) without any mandate from us have upset you with their teachings and disturbed your peace of mind, 25 we have with one accord decided to choose representatives and to send them to you along with our beloved Barnabas and Paul, 26 who have dedicated their lives to the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. 27 So we are sending Judas and Silas who will also convey this same message by word of mouth: 28 'It is the decision of the holy Spirit and of us not to place on you any burden beyond these necessities, 29 namely, to abstain from meat sacrificed to idols, from blood, from meats of strangled animals, and from unlawful marriage. If you keep free of these, you will be doing what is right. Farewell

Chapter 21 10 He took me in spirit to a great, high mountain and showed me the holy city Jerusalem coming down out of heaven from God. 11 It gleamed with the splendor of God. Its radiance was like that of a precious stone, like jasper, clear as crystal. 12 It had a massive, high wall, with twelve gates where twelve angels were stationed and on which names were inscribed, (the names) of the twelve tribes of the Israelites. 13 There were three gates facing east, three north, three south, and three west. 14 The wall of the city had twelve courses of stones as its foundation, on which were inscribed the twelve names of the twelve apostles 1 of the Lamb. 22

Chapter 14 23 Jesus answered and said to him, "Whoever loves me will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our dwelling with him. 24 Whoever does not love me does not keep my words; yet the word you hear is not mine but that of the Father who sent me. 25 "I have told you this while I am with you. 26 The Advocate, the holy Spirit that the Father will send in my name--he will teach you everything and remind you of all that (I) told you. 27 Peace 1 I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give it to you. Do not let your hearts be troubled or afraid. 28 2 You heard me tell you, 'I am going away and I will come back to you.' If you loved me, you would rejoice that I am going to the Father; for the Father is greater than I. 29 And now I have told you this before it happens, so that when it happens you may believe.

Catholic Fundamentalist Interpretation

Some who had accepted the reality of the New Program told others that they still had to obey Old Program operating instructions to be saved.  Some may have been motivated by the desire to keep established cash flows in place.

In order to be sure about the totality of Old Program replacement, those closest to the New Program would be consulted.

The First Church Council was involved with the removal of some outdated Operating Instructions.

Some of the programming instructors were giving improper, confusing instructions.

Everyone agreed that a higher authority (The first Pope and bishops) should be consulted.

The Holy Wireless Connector (Holy Spirit) was contacted, and instructed them not to unnecessarily burden them beyond things that would make communication with The Program more difficult.  They were to avoid aiding the cash flows of pagan religions (not eating their sacrificed meat), to stay away from blood, strangled animals, and unlawful marriage.  That's all that's needed for bodies to stay away from temptations that impede moving into The Kingdom of God.

He took the Program Awareness part of me to a great, high mountain, and showed me the holy city Jerusalem coming down out of Heaven from The Programmer. (It may be made not out of stones, but of souls, which are described as jasper (which is formed in many, many colors), but are now purified of all differences, so are as clear as crystal. We must sacrifice our own individuality to clear ourselves.

The wall may be made of energy, and twelve gates, guarded by the guardian angels (High-ranking sub-programmers) allow souls to enter from the four points of the compass.  We may find fewer ways to spend our time than in praying that we may be admitted through one of the 12 gates.   Indicates that the 12 Tribes are 12 personality types programmed into us.

Those who love me will obey, and The Programmer will love Him and we will come to him and make our dwelling with him. (We want to go to The Trinity, He wants to come to us.)

Those who don't obey do not love me, (or, The Programmer).  The Holy Wireless Connector will guide and remind you, directly from Us.

My peace (being at one with The Programmer, Program, and Holy Wireless Connector) I leave with you.

I do not give expecting repayment.  Don't let yourself be troubled or afraid.  You heard me tell you, 'I am going away and I will come back to you.' 
If you love me, you would rejoice that I'm going to The Programmer, for the Programmer is greater than The Program (the part of the Program of which you are able to be aware. This passage must not be construed to undermine The Trinity).  I've told you this before it happens, so you may believe when it happens.
