                                    The left loves recessions, depressions, and unemployment.

     In the great depression, at the end of the 1920s and going through most of the 1930s, socialists forced the Federal Government to stop printing money.  That turned what had been a recession into a deep depression.

     For years after the crash, the Government simply refused to print money.  The goal, in retrospect, was obvious.  Impoverishing the American people made it possible for the far left to begin the vast, incompetent agencies that continue to impoverish us.

     Today, the same sort of socialists haven't stopped printing money, but they have stopped the production of electricity, raw materials, manufactured goods, and housing.  They are getting the political power to do so under the cover of environmentalism. 

     Some wonder why they want to destroy so many of their neighbors.  The looters know that much of the wealth in America is held by those of European descent.  They own most of the land, valuables, stocks, businesses, and other assets.  In order for the new wave of socialists to transfer that vast wealth to those of their political party, and the approved races, religions, and groups that support it, they will bring the nation to a virtual halt.

     In two years, they have driven the price of a barrel of oil from fifty to one hundred dollars.  They have tripled the price of gold, even as the dollar, itself, has fallen by a like amount.  Americans are struggling to keep up, and most are falling behind.  The left rejoices.

                                         Once, clean food.  Now, clean money.  The new Kosher.

     Pork, and various other foods, are, and were, thought to be "unclean" by several religions.  St. Peter's vision convinced him that there was no unclean food.  After Peter's vision, the only thing that early Catholics were not allowed to eat was food that had been sacrificed to idols.

     Catholic Fundamentalists believe that money which has been sacrificed to idols in the growing governmental temples is to be avoided, even when offered.  For example, one of the side-chapels in the Temple of the Environmentalists is devoted to Ethanol, the high-tech Bacchus.

     Ethanol is produced by burning about a gallon and a half of diesel fuel to make a gallon of ethanol out of grain.  Each gallon of ethanol has 2/3s the BTUs of one gallon of diesel.  The difference in cost is made up by taking three dollars, about half the actual cost of each gallon of ethanol, from bamboozled taxpayers.

     To Catholic Fundamentalists, that's an example of "unclean money".  Immersing oneself in such cash flows is an unholy Baptism that should be avoided so that we may avoid falling into the ongoing corruption of idol worship, thereby violating what The Programmer thought to be so important that He put it #1 in His list of operating instructions.

     Just as we are commanded not to eat food which has been sacrficed to idols, so we should avoid money that has been similarly tainted.

                                                                  Hector Protector

     Nursery rhymes have been largely removed from public elementary schools.  Many of them are Politically Incorrect.

     One of the most Politically Incorrect nursery rhymes is:

                                                                        Hector Protector

                                                      Hector Protector was all dressed in green.

                                                      Hector Protector was sent to the Queen.

                                                      The Queen did not want him.

                                                      No more did the King.

                                                      So, Hector Protector was sent home, again.

     In a democracy, where promotion and riches come to those who "protect" us from every imaginable problem, Hector Protectors are in great demand.  In low-cost governments, run by a King or Queen who needed to keep subjects safe and productive, unnecessary interference in families, churches, businesses, and recreation was, except for mandatory archery practice, kept to a minimum.

     The manic do-gooder personality, perfectly personified by Hector Protector, was shunned by all.  Would that those days return.

                                        Sunshine is still dimming, temperatures are still dropping.

     Solar energy arriving on earth is still not increasing the way it usually does at the beginning of a solar cycle.  This means that continued low temperatures will be with us for the foreseeable future.  It's interesting that none of the professional Global Warmers will let themselves see the direct, often immediate, connection between solar output and planetary temperatures.

     Mark Twain summed up this phenomenon:  "It's hard to get a man to see the truth about something if his job depends on not seeing it."

     As the fraud of Global Warming becomes obvious, few will lose their jobs.  Millions, however, will lose credibility with their friends.  "Algea is one of those stupid people who believed in Global Warming.  She's a brain-dead media pawn.  All the time crying 'Wolf!'". 

     Those responsible for the fraud will lose neither salary nor reputation.  To leftists, being wrong is a badge of honor.  "Even if we are wrong, we believe that we are making the world a better place."

     A proven, established leftist always has an eager audience, especially if he or she is repeatedly proven to have never been right about anything.  Leftism is the only human process that allows even the most incompetent nincompoops to always feel good about themselves.  Therefore, it is always with us.

     Jesus summed it up better than Mark Twain:  "If you were blind, you could not be guilty of sin, but you say you see."

                                                  Self-righteousness, one cornerstone of the left.

     When ideas of loving God, truth, and neighbor are removed from consideration, only the self is left.  Those who focus on themselves invariably elevate their "selves"into an exalted state from which they are able to look down on all those whose thoughts, words, and actions are different than theirs.

     Those with excessive self-love frequently demean their neighbors.  The more such a person insults his neighbors, the better he feels himself to be.  Soon, the insulting leftist is only comfortable with others who hate their neighbors to a similar degree.  That hatred then justifies theft, and, finally, murder.

     Haters, themselves, will become hated by others who hate.  Some are hated because they hate too little, others, because they hate too much.  As the descent into self-love continues, even those whose hatreds are the same are despised for not being different, even as the different are condemned for not being the same.

     Various leftist blogs are literally bursting with hatred.  Insults stream out of them endlessly, and none of the insulters care if they are right.  Their only concern is lashing out at some enemy, whose words and deeds are not sufficiently filled with hate.   One of the most wonderful things about the internet is the opportunity it provides to see how many people have made the spewing of hatred their life's work.

     Hatred, like a snowball rolling down hill, grows until it smashes apart or is melted by warmth.  Providing love and kindness is the best way to deal with the self-righteous.  They are so unused to love that receiving it may help them to see that there is something more important than they.

                                                      Anger, another cornerstone of the left.

     Leftists are usually angry.  To be successful, they must be angrier than others.  That anger must not be focused on anything consistent.  They are encouraged to be angry at specified people, things, and processes.

     Leftists are universally angry with the war in Iraq.  They are not angry about even the bloodiest and most horrible late term and partial birth abortions.  But, they are angry at "what's going on in Iraq".  They see no horror in the agony inflicted on a very young baby, but focus their fury on "the killing and maiming of American soldiers".

     During the Vietnam War, of course, they rejoiced when American soldiers died, and maligned them whenever possible.  Now, they have learned to proclaim their anger to be directed at the injuring of American soldiers, allowing them to demonize the activist foreign policy that they hate.

     Leftists basically know, in their dark hearts, that they are not going to get into Heaven.  Their lies and rage separate them from those beloved by God.  St. Catherine of Sienna says, "We are essentially spiritual creatures."  So, the knowledge that they have rejected a God of truth and joy for the spasmodic joys of anger and self-righteousness is always in their minds.  Keeping those spiritually suicidal thoughts uppermost in their minds takes a lot of work and causes to need a disproportionate amount of mind-deadening drugs and therapies.

     It's very hard for them to get up every day and know that every single thing they think, do, and say takes them farther from God and His Heaven.  The prospect of their personal eternity of suffering and pain wears on their poor souls, warps their poor minds, and makes them want to spread their misery in the hopes that their own eternal suffering may be thereby lessened by the father of anger, self-righteousness, lies, and death.

                                                     The first idol is still the most dangerous.

     In the Garden of Eden, the devil convinced Eve that she was as good as God.  Adam agreed, and they both wilfully disobeyed their two Operating Instructions. 

    The first idol in the world was themselves.  If the idol were given a name, it would be "I'm as good as God.  Maybe, better. "  He Who had programmed them out of minerals and energies that He'd previously programmed was not amused.  "Even as they say they are My equal, they know that I made them."

     There continues to be a lot of anger over having been thrown out of the Garden.  "I have to work.  I shouldn't have to work!" say those who spend their lives supporting political systems that will give them money without much work.

     Worshipping the idol of self continues to condemn them, just as it did Adam, Eve, and all idol-worshippers in between.

     The coming of Jesus Christ gave many idol-worshippers a chance to break free of self-worship.  Not everyone takes advantage of that opportunity.

                                                          Take the "s" away from self.

     When we do so, we see that the "self" becomes an "elf".  In the ancient mythologies passed on in fairy tales, we see that the "elves" of folklore represent various "selves" that dominate in self-centered (elf-centered) personalities. 

     In a way, each of us has an inner "elf", wrapped up in pretensions, driven by dreams, and hoping for magic answers to all our questions and simple solutions to all our problems.

    It is the "elf" in ourself, for instance, that prompts us to do something as silly as buying a lottery ticket.  It's the "elf" in us that makes us smoke cigarettes, drink excessively, take drugs, or run around.  The elf within ourself is what makes us think everything will be all right, even as we are making the mistakes that are all wrong.

     It was the elf in Adam and Eve that made them think they were as good as God.  The elf in us is where all our silliest fun comes from.  Happy the person who can get the inner elf trained to seek the good and love the truth, and find the truly magic powers that let us be what we will.

     Greek fairy tales had satyrs, elf-like creatures who indulged themselves in every area.  Little boys are elf-like in their innocent enthusiasm.  We are all a little like Peter Pan, who, of course, is named for both a Saint and a satyr.

     There are records of people bursting into flame.  Their bodies are found sitting in chairs, or lying in bed, with their bodies partly burned away.  A common explanation is that they just burst into flame.

     The people who worry about that happening to them are only slightly less intelligent than those who are afraid of nuclear power or believe in Global Warming.

                                                              Lovers of destruction.

    Those who obey The Programmer's instructions are able to, and often do, create all kinds of structures.  They have families, businesses, professions, governments, homes, vehicles, churches, and hobbies. 

     The Culture of Death hates all those things.  Those in the COD also hate the people involved in such structures.  Members of the COD hate any organized human activity that it does not direct.  We can see that they like government agencies, public schools, welfare, activist groups, abortion, and all things that are under their control.

     When we see that the Culture of Death is funded, especially at the beginning of its attack on anything or anyone, by very rich people's donations to various organizations and foundations,  we have to ask "Why?"   Just as Lenin's takeover of the Soviet Union, and the death that followed, was arranged by European rich people afraid of a huge, free-market competitor, so do very wealthy people today fund much of the work to tax and regulate any carbon dioxide producing activity.

     At some point, all of us ask, "Why do they hate us so much?"

     The answer is simple.  Destructive people love themselves excessively more than their neighbors.  They have become vanity in human form.  They are possessed by two driving notions; one, that they are "better" than others, two, that it is "our duty to make things better".

     As the very rich grow more powerful, and their media control (Ted Turner's foundation justifies controlling everything in the name of protecting the earth) increases, the freedom of individuals lessens.

    Ultimately, their vanity is the heaviest cross we bear.  Bear it, we must.  And, love those who burden us while we soldier on.

                                                 Charges, and souls, are negative or positive.

     We know that some particles have positive charges, some negative.  Catholic Fundamentalists think The Programmer programmed tiny particles with those charges to give us an analogy of our ourselves in the foundations of the physical world.

     People have charges, as well.  Unlike electrons, protons, and neutrons, we get to choose what charge we will have.  Some of us work to program ourselves so that we may draw closer to The Programmer.  We do that by obeying His operating instructions.

     Others willingly download operating instructions that take them farther from The Programmer.   They choose to follow other operating instructions.

     Many choose to not have any charge at all.  They fall into the "lukewarm water" category, and, as He told the lukewarm souls in Laodicea, they run the risk of being "spit out of His mouth."

     When our souls leave our body, they have either an attraction to, or are repelled by, or are indifferent to, The Programmer. 

     This determines where they go.

          "Sub-prime mortgage" woes are largely caused by public education.  No one wants to hear it.

     When purchasing their first home, buyers rarely factor in the annually increasing property taxes.  Funding the most powerful organization in the United States, public education, property taxes go nowhere but up.  Yearly increases of 4% are usual.  Often, more; rarely, less.

     With 4% annual increases, property taxes double every 18 years.  So, if a first-time home buyer has a child, by the time that child is in college, his home's property taxes are twice what they were when the child was born.

     Every home-owner's disposable income is also reduced every year, by a far larger percentage.  Owning a home is made to seem "the American dream" because it forces every home-owner into an ever greater subsidization of public education.

     To ensure that houses are far more expensive, therefore paying even more taxes, battalions of inspectors, permit issuers, and ever more onerous building codes are continually imposed.  Every step of building a house has become tightly regulated, and each regulator knows that his only chance to make money on any given home is to make things as expensive as possible for the initial purchaser.

     That, as intended, has the effect of increasing property taxes.  A hundred thousand dollar home that could have been built and sold for fifty thousand will generate, with compound interest, three or four times more taxes over its life.  So, the powerful forces behind funding public education make all home owners far poorer than we realize.

     It's easy to understand what they are doing to us.  It's easy to see why they're doing it to us.  The hard part is to love those who do it.

                                                    Anger results in amazing stupidity.

     The most beloved lead-ins on the evening news are invariably local murders.  They provide high drama, and are the result of someone with a gun or knife getting mad at someone without one.  The rage keeps them from considering the consequences of their action.  A murder results, and the murderer's life is destroyed.

     The same thing happens in politics.  The less-than-bright are often dumbed-down by anger, and that anger is fueled by those who understand how to create it and use it.

     For instance, there are no hungry Americans, but there are many who are obese.  Still, anger at "hunger in America" persists.  Many are voted into office because they're angry about a problem that simply doesn't exist.

     Few, if any, Americans are without health care.  But, those "angry about the lack of universal health care" are quick to focus on "changes we have to make". 

     Others are angry about pollution.  This, in a country that's so clean many people aren't exposed to the necessary germs to build up resistance to disease, is absurd.

     All the angers put together result in the lowering of IQ, the reduction of analytical skills, and huge political blunders.  The worst consequence is when the greedy and self-serving use the fears they have incited to get themselves elected to office.  They exult at the opportunity to make things even worse.

     The Imaginary Problems that anger the perpetually enraged simpletons are fronts, behind which powerful, wealthy forces are able to destroy the group or nation they wish to loot.  By the time they see it, the angry people who helped it happen have been marginalized, if not wiped out.

     If you point out to the easily angered that their successes only make things worse, they will get angry at you.

                                           Freer countries are brighter in at least one way.

     A tiny denomination in the Environmental Religion is a small group that endlessly complains about "light pollution".  "Light pollution" keeps a dozen or so astronomers from seeing into outer space as well as they would if their portion of the world was as dark as most of Africa, the Gobi Desert, Central South America, most of desert Australia, or North Korea,

     The National Geographic periodically has articles on the "dangers of light pollution".  So do the major newsmagazines.  The Asso'd Press releases such articles, usually once or twice a year, on slow news days.

     If the astronomers are so concerned, why don't they simply move their telescopes to some of the truly dark places on the globe?

     Maybe, they just don't like brightness.

     Maybe, living in the places that aren't very bright isn't much fun.

                                                             Wealthy white women.

     Before washers, dryers, and stoves that didn't need wood, women worked at home.  If they could afford household help, they got it.  After electricity and a raft of labor-saving devices, more prosperous women not only needed fewer maids, but also, had more time on their hands.

     "All those women should be working, and paying taxes.", said the people who wanted to profit from state-provided day care.   "They sure should!", agreed those benefiting from all day pre-school and kindergarten.

"Yes, indeed!", announced a government in perpetual need of more incomes to tax.

     So, women found themselves pressured to leave their homes and go to work.  Then, of course, they began to participate in a variety of other causes and activities they thought would help them get more money.

     Whether working in or out of the home, richer women found themselves easy prey for those whose policies enslaved them.  They became more in favor of bigger, "caring" government, and did not see that their own money was taken from them to pay for such programs.  The wealthiest white women always thought they were entitled to even more than they had, and were quick to capitalize on the new opportunities provided by the sea-change in their roles.

     Though women are half the population, most single women, famous women, and rich women vote for more taxation than do their married sisters.  As soon as someone appears on enough Oprah shows, promising to help women by taking their money away, their programs are promptly embraced by many of those watching.

     Oddly, they rarely consider the impact those choices inevitably have on their children.  Their sons find it harder to find jobs that will support families. 

     They are far too busy to miss the grandchildren they'll never have, and too lost in their new, worldly concerns to even think about it.

                                                                  De-Programming.

     "Heav'n and earth shall flee away, when He comes to reign" says Christina Rosetti in a poem that turned into the beautiful song, "In the Bleak Midwinter".

     When "earth shall flee away", all the three dimensional structures lovingly programmed and compiled by The Programmer will be erased.  There will be no more need for them.  He installed His entire universe program for one reason, to give each human being the opportunity to make one of two choices;  to serve either the things programmed or He Who programmed all that is. 

     When we consider how He programmed the basic structures that form the smallest particles, we can understand that an "erasure mechanism" was also encoded.  A word from The Programmer, and all is gone.

     The Book of Revelations makes one thing clear.  The only things remaining will be in the New Jerusalem, where all sane people hope to spend eternity.

                                                               The Catholic Cosmology

     After The Resurrection, the twelve disciples moved to different areas to tell, first the Jews, then the Greeks, about The New Operating Instructions.  It was tough going.  All of them, with the exception of John, were murdered by those attached to the old, often erroneous, Operating Instructions that formed the basis of other religions.

     Over time, enemies became brothers.  Catholics predominated throughout Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East.   Then, the Rider of the Red Horse brought a new wave of death through the Middle East and North Africa, leaving the Catholics in Europe between Pyrenees and the Baltic.

     Then, Catholics developed a view of the world that, except for the computer technology introduced in the last half-century, was exactly the same as today's Catholic Fundamentalism.  After Catholics developed universities, and St. Thomas Aquinas summed up all knowledge in a logical, rational way that centered all of existence on God and His Church, Europe began to pull ahead of the rest of the world.

     The weak point in the Catholic system were the universities.  They were among the first institutions to be taken over by the Other Side, and became the "thorn in the flesh" of The Church.  By the 1800s, they were spewing forth a view of the world, beginning with geology and Darwin, that inexorably removed The Programmer from the cosmos He had programmed.

     Simply by changing the word "God" to "The Programmer", we can extrapolate from the power of humans to program drawings, cartoons, and movies that appear on screens and products that are produced automatically by CNC machines.  Now, we can picture God as The Programmer, One Whose power is so great that He can program particles and compile them into structures.

     Once we add to that the concept that angels are "programming assistants", we can more easily imagine a God powerful enough to have programmed an endless number of angelic sub-programmers who brought forth the universe and all within it in a week.  He was thoughtful enough to provide programs like Carbon-14 that would allow people to choose that He was not involved in Creation at all.

     The Other Side simply cannot recognize that The Programmer has that much power.  Their own vanity keeps them from seeing their comparative lack of intellect compared to God, The Programmer.  As we picture Him as a Programmer of particles (things that make elements) and compilations of particles (compounds), we see that with replicating, multi-dimensional fractals, the cosmos could have been put into effect in six days.

     That simple notion is one of the few Catholic ideas that is uncontradictable.

                                                            Seeking safety has a cost.

     The free markets are a jungle.  Much like the American frontier, there is violence in the free markets.  Opportunity is accompanied by risk.  There are great successes and great failures.  There is little peace, and even less to be taken for granted.  Once, all Americans lived on the free-market frontier.

     Seventy five years ago, many Americans sought safety by joining unions.  For a half-century, their unions kept workers safe, but have destroyed all but a handful of the companies that once employed many, many millions more than they do today.  Now, there are few union members in the private sector.  Those who seek safety have moved to other areas of employment.

     Safety-seekers now want, and demand, state jobs.  They provide job security, health insurance that pays for everything, automatic raises, huge pensions, and union advocates who keep most of them free from harassment, criticism, punishment, or discharge.   So, lots of people want to work for the government.

     That desire seems profitable in the short term of a lifespan. 

     There is a downside.  Those who spend their lives in comparative safety become increasingly unwilling, and unable, to accept risk.  In democracies, they have the opportunity to vote.  They vote for whomever will do the best job of keeping them safe and prosperous, no matter how many of their neighbors may be ruined by paying for that safety.  As the process of electing people who are ever more protective of those with public sector jobs continues, the rest of the society suffers.

     Their salaries, benefits, and pensions can only be taken from taxpayers.  When elected officials fear retaliation at the ballot box, they will not raise taxes, but will increase the amount of money in circulation.   That, of course, takes away from the value of money that people already have, so taxpayers pay, again.

     Those who gain safety at the expense of their neighbor soon incur the dislike of those neighbors.  To maintain the safety-seekers, neighbors must become impoverished.  As the process continues, the brighter ones realize what is happening and become angry.

     Then, more policemen and more jails become necessary.  Taxes go up, more power must be utilized to collect those taxes, and the society begins to accelerate its downward spiral.

                                       Traditional Catholics consider Catholic Fundamentalism.

     Many Catholics want more of the old Mass, less of the new.  They prefer altar boys to altar girls.  During the Consecration, Traditional Catholics believe the priest should face away from the congregation.  They appreciate the old music, the old hymns, the tried and true ways of the Latin Mass.

     Many Traditional Catholics have one flaw;  they do not go far enough in returning to the complete, Aquinian way of looking at the world.  Catholic Fundamentalists believe that it is much more important to have the mind and its thought processes purged of mental contaminants.   Most Traditional Catholics, for instance, believe that the world is billions of years old.

     It's usual for Traditional Catholics to believe in evolution, rather than in a day or two of the Creation Program that created all the plants and animals that there would ever be.

     Likewise, many have become comfortable with believing that the earth is billions of years old, rather than several thousand.  They may tend to be "modern" intellectually, but "old-fashioned" as far as the externals of faith are concerned.  In a phrase, they have not gone far enough.

     To be a Catholic Fundamentalist is to have an understanding of God's power that lets us see that all Creation could have been programmed, and downloaded, in a week.  To be a Catholic Fundamentalist is to see one's mind, Holy Scripture, Church teachings, and all Creation made one.

     We even see the angels differently.  We see them as sub-programmers, able to program in three dimensions, able to program deletions and additions to thoughts in human minds, and able to bring our soul, spirit, mind and body into a closer relationship with The Loving Programmer.

     Catholic Fundamentalists are not satisfied with merely returning to the ancient forms of worship.  We seek a return to the Thomistic wholeness that let the Middle Ages become a beacon of faith.  Seeing God as The Loving Programmer helps us begin that journey.

                                                  The Holy Spirit as Holy Wireless Connector.

     The Programmer programmed.  The Program, Jesus Christ in perfect, loving, human form, was sent to earth to let those who wanted to get closer to The Programmer do so by actually downloading The Program, which takes place during The Holy Eucharist.  The Holy Wireless Connector, usually called The Holy Spirit, acts as the spiritual cell phone by which all human and angelic Programmed Entities communicate with both Programmer and Program.  

     The Programmer communicates with us through The Holy Wireless Connector.  We speak to The Programmer, and to The Program, and to His angelic Programming Assistants through the Holy Wireless Connector.  Without His presence, we would be utterly, frighteningly alone in a world in which chaos reigned.

                                                         The Son as The Program.

     The Three Persons of The Holy Trinity are co-eternal.  When we see how artists through the ages have portrayed The Trinity, often in the form of Father, Son, and Dove, representing the Holy Spirit, what we are really seeing is the programmed limitations of our human minds.  We simply cannot see the Unity of The Trinity, the beatific vision of which awaits those who "pass the test" and are allowed into Heaven.

     The very nanosecond that The Programmer began to Program, He knew what the entirety of The Program would be.  That Program, in human and divine form, is what Christians have always called the Son.  He is the perfection of God in every phase of existence.

     As The Programmer and Program began in the beginning, there was, of course, a mutual awareness of the relationship between them.  That living awareness is what traditionally has been called The Holy Spirit.  To bring that Iron Age term into an age that manipulates electron flow as a matter of daily routine, we can see Him as The Holy Wireless Connector. 

     The Holy Wireless Connector is that living awareness that connects The Programmer, The Program, the Living Awareness itself, with all the programmed entities (angels and humans) that can be aware of either.  It also, most notably in the case of miracles, allows for downloads, alterations, additions, and (hopefully never concerning you and me) deletions from The Program.

     As we see the speed with which a skilled human programmer can make changes to his program, we may be filled with fear and trembling as we see how quickly we may be visited when our sins cause Him to contemplate pushing the "delete" key.

                                                                 War on whites.

     We are used to seeing African and Asian governments attacking their own people.  Now, Caucasian peoples are under increasingly vicious attacks by their own governments.  The Culture of Death has destroyed education, leaving most white children as illiterate as they are innumerate.  It has wiped out millions of unborn children with abortion.  The Culture of Death visits shorter, diseased life spans on all those it is able to incorporate into homosexual practices.  Socialized medicine has made England's hospitals the most likely place on earth to die of needless infections.  Virtually every institution in the formerly Christian countries has been undermined and weakened by a relentless assault on life, truth, and common sense.

     While we are being attacked in every area of our lives, impoverishment by taxes is growing.  As soon as any Caucasian (we are called that because our common ancestors, the Ten Northern Tribes, were, after 720 B.C., settled in the Caucasus Mountains) dares to stand up, he is deemed a "racist", and most other Caucasians would rather criticize such a person from the safety of the herd rather than let themselves see the impending doom.

     In our small parish, in all of last year there was one baptism.  There were half-a-dozen deaths.  Minority neighborhoods from Australia to England are growing rapidly, subsidized with money taken from Caucasian taxpayers.

     Why does God allow this to happen to us, His chosen people, sons and daughters of Abraham?  Catholic Fundamentalists believe He is turning His face from us because we have allowed abortion, the modern version of child sacrifice, to come into existence.  We can, in our prayers, ask God to forgive us because most of us believe we can't do much about it except to support pro-life causes. 

     Politically, trying to stop the Culture of Death in a pseudo-democrary is impossible.  The enemy is so well-organized, and so wealthy, and it's influence on elected officials is so great that there is, short of armed rebellion, little more that we can do.

     He seems to be angrier at Europe for abandoning Him than at the United States.  In Europe, He has allowed the invading peoples to be mostly Moslem.  In the United States, most of the invading peoples are Catholic.  So, we in America still have some blessing.

                                                             A common source of anger.

     We often wonder why many who have chosen to live in the Culture of Death are so angry.  That anger crystallizes in a hatred of life, one that is commonly expressed by their support of needless, painful, early deaths caused by abortion, poverty, tyrannical governments, and homosexuality.

     Sometimes, their anger is passed on to them by parents who are angry.  More often, it comes from within themselves.  Letters to Karl Marx from his comparatively kind and loving father make clear his puzzlement at the extraordinary hatred that possessed his son.

     The Programmer created us in such a way that we had to form governments and social structures in which some have more than others.  Even the supposedly egalitarian Communists, who made careers of looting first the rich, then the middle-class, then everyone, had a structure in which the powerful in the Party had dachas, chauffeured limousines, tailor-made suits, and wore huge, glittering Rolexes on their wrists.

      In societies where disparities of wealth are related to intelligence, imagination, and diligence, qualities largely lacking in the left, people who have more because of those things become the targets of hatred upon which the energies of the envious are invariably focused.

      Many leftists are angry because their parents were not wealthier.  They hate the thought of having to work, especially for someone else.  At the same time, their vanity does not prompt them to hate those who have more if those who have it made it by stealing from their neighbors with naked, governmental power.  They know that their own emotional attitudes and intellectual attributes make it possible for them to succeed as well in such a society, so they work hard to impose totalitarianism with them in charge.  Rarely do they realize how easily they are manipulated by both the more intelligent, and the more hate-filled, leftists.

     Many who have inherited vast amounts of money are completely leftist.  The awareness of leftist power, combined with the fear of being hated by other leftists, makes many heirs whose own intellectual capacities have regressed to the mean become leftists, themselves. 

     Most who become wealthy by their own efforts in the few semi-free societies that remain are, at heart, cheerful, hard-working, and optimistic.  Those who enter into the Culture of Death are quite the opposite.

                                                                              Sanity

     Marcus Aurelius said that "The object of life is not to find oneself in the majority, but among the sane."  We see many whose preference to be safely in the majority is so strong that they have given up all interest in sanity.

     In every area of human endeavor, the insane seem to have taken control.  Blinding themselves to the consequences of their thoughts, words, and deeds, they embrace one lunacy after another.  Perfect examples are to be found in those structures prefaced by the word "public".

     Public Parks are a mess, embracing far more land than can be taken care of.  Public Education is a disaster, with one lie quickly followed by another to justify funding rather than teaching.  Public Transportation is a grossly overfunded monster, draining whole states to pay a few thousand unionized bus drivers three times the salary and benefits that would be earned in a private sector job.  Public Convention Centers and Sports Arenas are built, one after another, none of them making any money.  Public Utilities persist in embracing the most insanely inefficient sources of energy production.

     At some point, one wonders if these people are all insane.  Slowly, one comes to the conclusion that there is no other explanation for such waste.  

     The lunacy, of course, is not based on the stupidity of their plans, or their ongoing inevitability of failure.  It is based on the fact that they have closed their minds to the possibility that all of us are racing toward final judgment. 

     True insanity is giving up a eternity of joy for the transitory sops to vanity that may be garnered by cheating one's neighbor.

                                                         England, writhing in its death throes.

     God has turned His face from England.  He has left the people dispirited, tormented, and sinking into slavery.  He has inflicted two hordes of locusts upon the British Isles that devour their sustenance, destroy their property, and turn them against life, itself.

     The first horde of locust is composed of the native English who embrace the perversion that it is respectable for them to make a living by reducing their neighbors into a tax and regulation slavery that eradicates their ancient freedoms.

     The second horde He has unleashed upon the people He once loved are the purposely uncounted flood of invaders.  They have come to bring His vengeance upon the people He protected for a thousand years.  Most of the English are too dispirited to care.  

     The intellectuals of England, in their overweening pride, have decided that they are too good to bow before Him.  They have replaced His angels and saints with self-serving pseudo-intellectual ideals that bring only destruction upon those who embrace them.  Worse, they claim that some "higher good" is being accomplished by destroying their neighbors.

     England has committed the unforgivable sin of turning from the worship of God to the worship of idols.  The punishment for that is remorseless.  It eats away at every man, woman, and child in their nation.  Their future king, who might have brought some sanity to bear upon the nation's distress, is first among them to embrace the latest lies and lunacies erected in the temples of the idol-worshippers.

     England has turned its collective face from God.

     He has turned His face from them.

     England is the perfect place for Catholic Fundamentalism.  Only Catholic Fundamentalism provides them a viewpoint from which the power of God as The Programmer is more obvious, even to those hardened into unbelief.  And, it opens the door to a history that, in the thousand years before the evil eighth Henry, shows that the hand of God had kept them safe from cruel, non-Christian invasions that now threaten death and slavery to every Englishman of Briton, Celt, Saxon, and Norman descent.

     We can but pray that they will prefer to return to the faith of their fathers than to go on worshipping the false idols that are daily paraded before them.

                                                   Nero did return.  Maybe, he never left.

     The Book of Revelations, 17; 8-11, makes reference to what some interpreters think is the Emperor Nero returning to power after his death, which many believed was faked.  "The seven heads are also seven emperors.  Five of them have already gone, one is here now, and one is yet to come;  once here, he must stay for a short while. The beast, who once was and now is not, is at the same time the eighth and one of the seven, and he is going to his destruction."

     According to Seutonius, Nero spent so extravagantly that he ran out of money.  His grandiose plan to find a mythical buried treasure came to naught, and he had no money to pay the soldiers' salaries.  So, taxes went up.  "You know how much I need." Suetonius quotes him telling his tax collectors, "So, we have to take everything from everyone."  That, in the years before his death, is exactly what he did.

     The spirit of Nero has, as was predicted, come back to life.  It has returned, multiplying like the Hydra, in the form of an unaccountable bureaucracy that "grows like Topsy".  Just like Nero, it knows how much it needs, and it takes everything from everyone.

     It's driving force seems to be a very vain and hate-filled personality that spends its life avoiding work, risk, and getting its hands dirty.

                                                               Oh, my goodness!

         The green line shows that carbon dioxide levels have increased from 364 parts per million to 385 parts per million between 1998 and 2008.

         The pink and purple lines show what has happened to temperatures during that same period.  Between 2000 and 2004, both carbon dioxide and temperatures went up.  Then, carbon dioxide went up, and temperatures went down, finally stabilizing while carbon dioxide levels continued to increase.

         Despite this, those profiting from the Global Warming Fright/Fraud insist that increased levels of man-made carbon dioxide are causing rising temperatures.

         The left side of the chart is equally instructive as to the desperation of the fraud/fright profiteers.  There, temperatures are dropping in 1998 and the first half of 1999 while carbon dioxide is increasing. 

         In short, seven of the ten years portrayed by the chart shows a negative correlation between increased carbon dioxide and higher temperatures.

         This is the manifestation, not of any concerns in the physical world, but of what Dante called a "complex fraud".  The poor souls of those manipulating facts to get money and/or power are doomed by their participation in it.

          The above chart was downloaded from http://icecap.us/index.php  It's an outstanding source of information about the complex fraud of global warming.  As such, it helps us identify people for whose souls we should pray to save them from the agonies of the 8th Circle.

     In the year 2,000 some professional Global Warmers made predictions about the coming increases in temperature.  Their predictions are represented above.  The actual changes in temperature went the other way.  Temperatures actually decreased, rather than increasing.

     Only the most corrupted soul could look at those who make errors of such magnitude and insist that their analytical skills are of sufficient quality to justify taking more money from helpless taxpayers.  Indeed, one would be reasonable to assume that such people are always wrong, reverse their predictions, and arrive at something closer to truth than would otherwise be the case.

     Several questions come to mind:  "Are such people worth praying for?  Shouldn't our attempts to ask The Programmer to erase errors be focused on people who are more likely to be saved?"

                                                        Odd note on the Book of Revelations.

     Readers of these columns know that there are sometimes references to the Book of Revelations from a Catholic Fundamentalist point of view.  Over the past six months, I've read and re-read the Book many times.  I've also read many of the commentaries on Revelations, as well as comments on the commentaries.   What I thought were fairly easy interpretations that came to mind during the first six months of study seem to recede into realms of endless difficulty.  In fact, last night, I stopped reading, and said to myself, "This is just too much for me to understand."  As I said so, some assurance that I was on the right track came into my mind, and I suddenly got two very minor insights.

     When talking about the four animals (thought by many to be Seraphim) around The Throne, (Rev 4; 8) it is written:  "Each of the four animals had eyes all the way around, as well as inside."

     Chapter 5, verse 1 describes the scroll with the Seven Seals that no one but Jesus could open:  "I saw that in the right hand of the One sitting on the throne there was a scroll that had writing on back and front and was sealed with seven seals."

     My conclusion was that the Seraphim and the Scroll were transparent to John.  The four animals' insides were visible, and the only organs mentioned were eyes, indicating their both their spiritual nature and their operative qualities.  The internal eyes could see both the light coming into them, from the eyes on the outside, but could further analyze what they were seeing with the internal eyes.

     The fact that The Scroll with the Seven Seals was written on both the front and back could have only been seen by John if the scroll were transparent.  That leads one to the possible conclusion that The Scroll was, as Catholic Fundamentalists suggest, a rolled-up sheet of pure light, and the writing was opaque. 

     The Seven Seals, to Catholic Fundamentalists, are seen as programs which were written by The Programmer and downloaded by The Program.

P.S.  I frequently make references to "The way Catholic Fundamentalists see things."  Please understand, I do not know if there if there is even one other person in the world, aside from myself, who is a Catholic Fundamentalist.  I do know that many Catholics are looking for a way to escape the modernists who have done so much damage to The Church. 

Further, I do know that many Fundamentalists have a problem with throwing out fifteen hundred years of Church History in order to justify cash flows received by those who make a practice of ignoring Scripture or reducing it to a biased, bigoted, human account replete with error.  I am assuming that some small numbers of those groups, if they are not Catholic Fundamentalists, are at least close to being so.

                                                 Comments on the commentators of Revelations.

     There are many similarities in the visions of Heaven that are recorded by Daniel, Ezekiel, and The Book of Revelations.  It's surprising how many commentators repeat words to the effect that "John was heavily incfluenced by Daniel."  Or,  "John's writing about his vision of Heaven follows the tradition established by Ezekiel."  Even more pretentious, "Johannine writing (that means 'things John wrote") follows established eschatological channels begun by Daniel."

     Not one commentator whom I've read has ever said "Daniel, Ezekiel, and John all went to Heaven and saw just about the same things when they got there."

                                                            The magazine mission.

     Magazines are all designed to influence specific groups of people.  In the early days of the Communist takeover of Russia, the National Geographic frequently ran articles praising this "new, fair system" to its readers, who were then, as now, a cross section of wealthy, worldly pseudo-intellectuals. 

     Vanity Fair keeps rich leftists thinking the right way.  Never do its writers see a wasteful social program.  Always do they complain about any idea containing common sense.  Wealthy Communists and earth-worshippers read it avidly, always happy to be able to fuel their hatred of poorer working people as they chuckle at its clever insults and put-downs.

     Time, Newsweek, and U.S. News and World Report put out the same, tired claptrap, praising more government while mocking those who want less.  Esquire is for wealthy men who can't keep their pants zipped.  Going down the scale, Playboy, Penthouse, and the lower orders of pornography appeal to the less well-off who believe that feeding the demons of lust is their most important concern.

     Many, many, many women's magazines extol the virtues of neurosis, self-centeredness, conspicuous consumption, and "environmental concern".  At the same time, they let readers know how they should be thinking on a wide variety of subjects.

     The men's science magazines keep white males with 105-115 IQs convinced that there are new, magic answers, especially about energy sources "about to be discovered" that will solve the earth's problems.  By implication, their readers "could be the very geniuses who will profit from this exciting, new breakthrough".  That keeps them thinking the endlessly recycled, and insane, ways to procure "free" power from wind, tide, and obscure reactions will soon make the world a better place.

     Expensive home magazines appeal to those who want status, prestige, and the appearance of being both tasteful and rich.

     As the internet continues to point out truth about more things more quickly, magazine sales will continue to drop.

                                               A new look at the breaking of the sixth seal.

     Jesus died about three on Good Friday afternoon.  As we picture Him dying on the cross, we realize that He still worked to save half of those around Him, even as His spirit was ready to leave His body.  When He died, the Apostles' Creed tells us, He descended into Hell.  Dante describes how He wrecked Hell when He went there.  Dante wrote of the walls He had torn down, the landslides He caused, and how He turned the symmetry of the circles into a ruin.  

     Catholic Fundamentalists picture His descent into Hell, preceded by screaming hordes of devils, dervishes, and demons fleeing before Him.  He found those souls who were to be saved, and removed them from the pit.  In the process, He tore down the vast structures that kept them in pain, chains, and away from God.

     He scoured the deepest pits for every single soul whom He would save.  There was no power below that could resist Him and He left no stone unturned as He searched for the souls He wanted to save.  Every evil spirit in Hell cowered among the ruins He made of their fearsome, subterranean realms;  all were utterly and completely afraid that they would be utterly destroyed by His complete, absolute power.  

     Revelations, 6;12 describes what would (or, did) happen:  "In my vision, when He broke the 6th seal, there was a violent earthquake and the sun went as black as coarse sackcloth;"  (This, of course, fits perfectly with the earthquake and eclipse in Jerusalem that day.)  "the moon turned red as blood all over (during an eclipse, the moon frequently turns red), and the stars of the sky fell on to the earth like figs dropping from a fig tree when a high wind shakes it;  the sky disappeared like a scroll rolling up and all the mountains and islands were shaken from their places.  (The evil demons who soared through the fetid air in the skies of Hell were thrown down, the ethereal substance that let them be airborne was deleted, and their individual kingdoms in Hell were destroyed.) Then all the earthly rulers (those in, not on, the earth), the governors and the commanders, the rich people and the men of influence, the whole population, slaves and citizens, (every evil spirit, from the devil and his evil aristocracy to the lowliest imps in Hell) took to the mountains (of their vast, underground caverns) to hide in caves and among the rocks.  They said to the mountains and the rocks, 'Fall on us and hide us away from the One who sits on the throne and from the anger of the Lamb.  (the Lamb is destroying their unhallowed ground, leaving them nooks and crannies in which to hide, while God is on His throne) For the Great Day of His anger has come, and who can survive it?"

     Few writings in all of history describe what happened when He descended into Hell as well as that passage in Revelations.  Conversely, few, if any, other occurrences in history are as perfectly described as Rev, 6;12 tell us what happened the day "He harrowed Hell", as Dante puts it.

     What a relief!  The Forty Days of Lent are past, our Living God has conquered death and freed His followers from it. 

     There is no need to fear anything.

                                                             "Jesus Christ is risen today

                                                               Our triumphant Holy Day!"

     From one end of Christianity to the other, believers rejoice.  We can believe the witnesses;  they chose to join Him at the Throne rather than say the miracle did not happen and prolong their lives on earth by lying.

     We, at the very least, should say "Thank You, Jesus."  And, "Thank you, faithful witnesses!"  The prophecies are fulfilled.  Our souls may spend eternity with God. 

     It is our duty to believe and to pass on the best news of all.

                                                           White people like light rail.

     While most white people prefer Volvos to other automobiles, they prefer "light rail" to all known forms of transportation, with the possible exception of non-polluting clipper ships.

     When white people are talking about the cost of gasoline, auto insurance, or vehicle pollution, the first one to say:  "We need to build more light rail." quickly assumes a dominant position within the group.

     Few white people remember inter-urbans.  There was once a network of electric trolley cars that connected most small towns in the eastern half of the United States.  It is important to remember the inter-urbans if another white person says "We need more light rail." before you do.

     With a look of pitying disdain, the adept white person will then inject into the conversation, "We had light rail two generations ago.  Powerful corporations destroyed it." 

     White people love stories about big corporations destroying things, so that announcement should immediately be followed by a brief lecture about the wonders of the inexpensive, non-polluting inter-urban transportation system, and how it was dismantled by lobbying pressure from the "Big Three Automakers" after the war.  The lecture can be ended with "and that's what's left us with the mess we're in now."

     Few white people will have the sense to ask "Which war?", but in case one does, it was WWII.

                                                            Iconoclasts began with Judas.

     When Mary took a pound of very expensive ointment, pure nard (beginning of John: 12) and anointed Jesus' feet with it, Judas complained, "Why wasn't this ointment sold for three hundred denarii and the money given to the poor?"

     Jesus replied, "Leave her alone; she had to keep this scent for the day of my burial.  You have the poor with you always, but you will not have me."

     In a few generations, Christians began building huge churches and cathedrals.  They were often decorated with expensive gold and silver.  Many paintings, books, candlesticks, and chalices were encrusted with jewels.

     This caused complaints that are repeated to this day.  "Why aren't these things sold and the money given to the poor?"

     Through history, the people who do such complaining, like Judas, want to get the money for themselves.  John described Judas's complaint for Judas and all those who wanted access to believers' money in the future.  "He (Judas) said this not because he cared about the poor, but because he was a thief.  He was in charge of the common fund and used to help himself to the contributions."  (John 12; 6)

     Today, the spiritual heirs of Judas are the first to say that any wealth that any church has should be sold and given to the poor.  They, of course, want to be the ones that do the selling and the giving.

     When the Roman Empire was centered in Greece, waves of Iconoclasts (icon-destroyers) came forward, demanding that the churches be denuded of their valuables.  Sometimes the Iconoclasts took over.  Other times, those who knew how important it was that Jesus be celebrated were in charge.

     After the Iconoclasts were defeated, the Church became resplendent in manifestations of the love of God. The Iconoclasts did not disappear.  Instead, they went through various iterations before becoming Puritans. 

     Similar, but "righter" purists became Quakers.  The Quakers in recent generations have became Democratic activists, with authority from the government given them to help themselves to the common fund and waste countless billions upon projects that make poverty more inevitable than ever.

     Now, the Iconoclasts have left all pretence of religion behind them.   They became, first, Communists, and today are environmentalists.  Everywhere they go, the assault on joy continues.

                                                                Jobs for the joyless.

     It costs money to have bitter, unhappy people always complaining about things.  They have to eat, buy Volvos, and build "green" houses.  There are expensive meetings and conventions for complainers all over the world, every single day.  They all have to show that they are involved, that they care, and, at the same time, be very careful that a new cash flow, or an influx of truth, isn't developed that may reduce their own funding. 

     Complaining is hard work.  Since there is so much about which to complain, specialization is necessary.  Complainers have specific areas of human life in which they specialize.  Specialization allows them to extract as much money as possible from every type of human activity.  We have seen insane regulations in every area of life.  Examining one widespread human activity, housing, gives an indication of the specialties with which many complainers familiarize themselves.

     First of all, housing requires incoming water.  So, there are any number of "clean water specialists" involved.  Inexpensive wells, springs, and cisterns are discouraged.  Expensive, tax-supported public water systems are under the control of highly paid specialists.  They are highly paid to "keep things clean", even as they put chlorine and fluoride into the water and force people to drink it.

     Water also comes out of every building, and that offers excuses for regulations.  Inexpensive septic tanks that have been working for the past century are made so difficult to build that much rural housing has stopped, for "health reasons" that never mention the virtual disapperance of both typhus and cholera.  Public sewers, costing far more, are encouraged.  They are run by specialists, and the funding created supports many who do little but publicly complain about the cleanliness of the water.

     Now, the housing industry is in collapse, largely because those two groups of water "specialists" have largely stopped the "evil developers" from "hurting the earth".

     No hint of sanity regarding wells and septic tanks is allowed to emerge into the media.  The truth about such things would be "an unfair attack on so many people who care", and the only news we see on the subject is composed of press releases demanding even more "clean-up".

     Every human activity has a group of complainers buzzing around it.  Through the endless buzz, only two intelligible words can be discerned:  "Gimme more!"

                                                           Attack on the supply side.

     People become more prosperous when they can buy goods and services more cheaply.  Automation, for instance, drove the cost of cars from over ten thousand per unit to a few hundred, once Ford's assembly lines got rolling.  Early radios originally sold for two or three thousand dollars.  Now, they're a couple of dollars.  Similar price declines went along with improvements in computer manufacturing.

     The left hates prosperity.  It now focuses efforts on decreasing supplies of everything.  Countries are short of electricity, natural gas, oil, gasoline, plastics, metals, and housing.  Each of those areas of the economy are attacked by left's usual horde of nay-sayers.  Leftists celebrate each factory that closes, each generating plant that's shut down, every wavelength made inaccessible, and every mine that no longer produces. 

     Once, candidates were elected by promising prosperity.  "A chicken in every pot.  A car in every garage."  Now, the left is pushing tofu and bicycles.

                                                                Uppity Catholics.

     As you may know from previous columns, I have a great amount of respect for Isaac Newton.  He was, arguably, the most brilliant man between St. Thomas Aquinas and today.  I have read, and reread, much of his writings on the history of The Church, the Book of Revelations, and on prophecy.

    One sees that he did not believe in The Trinity, but did believe that belief in the Trinity was a form of corruption that "destroyed the Catholic Church".

     On the other side of that coin was one of our holiest men, St. Athanasius.  St. Athanasius was persecuted, punished, and stripped of his priestly office for believing in The Trinity.  He not only believed in The Trinity, but also, he was instrumental in refining and defining Catholic thought so that it, alone among contemporary faiths, had a complete and absolute faith in The Three Persons in One God.

     We each make a lot of choices in our life.  The biggest choice we make concerns the ultimate and eternal placement of our soul.  Each soul will spend eternity either nearer or farther from the God Who programmed all of creation, with us in it as free will creatures who would make that choice.  We either choose to believe in The Trinity, or in some other view of God.

     The Roman Catholic Church placed its collective bet on The Trinity.  When She did that, She also made the statement that faith is more important than intellect.

     Newton, and those religions who have followed his ideas about The Trinity, have decided to reject that notion.  They relied on their intellects, instead.  It is easy, from an awareness of cash flows, to see why.  As long as one believes in The Trinity, one is close to Catholic Doctrine.

     Newton's employer was England's royal family, who were Protestants.   He reported, indirectly, to them, since they were the official owners of the English Mint that he directed.  While Anglicans believed that the occupier of the English Throne was as important as the Pope, they also believed in The Trinity.  Leading intellectuals knew that to keep and increase their power, they had to decrease the Authority of the Roman Catholic Church.  Newton's interpretations did that by attacking the validity of The Trinity, as well as by interpreting The Book of Revelations in such a way that would put The Church in the worst possible light.  By demeaning the Holy Spirit's power, it's hard to imagine how he could have gotten into a Heaven that Mark 3; 29 says is not open to any who sin against Him.

     While clever, brilliant, and well-researched, Newton was wrong.  We still wrestle with the descendants of Puritans who relied on Newton, their intellectual "hired gun", who justified their particular apostasies.  His teaching did a lot of damage to a lot of souls who have chosen to join such denominations.

     It's hard to reject a man so brilliant that he could invent calculus, discover Laws of Thermodynamics, calculate orbital trajectories, describe and analyze light, and do all the things that Newton did.  If we don't reject his theological conclusions, we're betting against The Church.

                                                                   Chances of salvation.

     We can all understand a bell curve that shows the distributions of the heights of a thousand people.  Those of middle height will be clustered in the center of the bell curve.  The very tallest person will be in the little corner of the right hand side, where the curve meets the flat line.  The very shortest person is as far to the left.

     Catholic Fundamentalists believe that The Programmer provided us with the ability to make and use bell curves so that we’d have at least a crude idea of how He might divide souls into the damned and the saved.

We could postulate that a bell curve that held all the souls there ever were would be could be divided into the saved and the lost by a vertical line running through the middle.  

     When we consider that notion in light of history, difficulties arise.   In 13th century Europe, whole populations worked hard to build vast cathedrals.  Attendance at Mass was nearly 100%.  It seems unlikely that half of those faithful, church-building, church-going people went to Hell.

     In those same nations today, less than 10% of the people go to Church regularly.  Even fewer take the Sacraments.  Many refuse to go to Confession or Communion.  Most will not even make a silent protest against abortion, much less a verbal one.  Working against them is the fact that they even choose to ignore the many, many monuments to the very faith they have rejected.  Can even half of such apostates be saved? 

     On the other hand, since birth, they’ve been swimming in water badly polluted by heresies that have crystallized into a religion that worships the state.  In that respect, their lack of faith is understandable.  Is it forgivable?

                                       How many are saved?  All, most, half, few, or hardly any?

     Discussions on the number of souls who will be saved have the five answers above.  We each make the biggest bet of our lives on which answer is right.

We may bet that the answer is "All".

     If, as many modernists, we say that "All souls are saved", we are either right, wrong, or wronger.  If, by saying such a thing, others are led into sin, that sin rebounds on those who led them to such a belief.  But, what of the person led astray?  Where does his soul go?  On the one hand, he was led into thinking that his sin was "okay".  On the other, he still chose to sin while others did not.  Is it reasonable that the sinner will receive the same treatment as he who chose not to sin?

Or, we may bet that the answer is "Most".

     When we look at the parable of Lazarus, Luke 16; 19-31, we see that a rich man who refused to help a poor man was consigned to an eternity of pain and suffering.  This comes to us directly from God during His days on earth, so we have to take it seriously.  All of us are guilty of not doing enough to help those less fortunate than ourselves, so it's hard to imagine that "most" of us will get away with it.  On the other hand, the rich man's refusal to help Lazarus was pretty awful.  Of the three servants given talents to invest, (Matthew, 25: 14) two who tried to utilize their gifts were saved;  the one who did nothing at all was thrown out, into the darkness.

And, we maybet that the best answer is, "A little more than "Half".

     This is my choice.  There are several passages that show half the people in several small groups are saved.  Matthew,24; 41"Then of two men in the fields, one is taken, one left;  of two women at the millstone grinding, one is taken, one left."  In Matthew, 25, 1-10, of ten bridesmaids invited to the wedding, five weren't allowed in.   And, half of the criminals crucified with Christ were saved.  So, there is an indication in The New Programming Log that 50% of those in four different groups are saved.  When averaging the one group in which 2/3s were saved, (in the section above), we can see that out of five groups, with 19 members, ten were saved, nine were lost.

Or, we may bet that the best answer is "Few".

     Saving too few would cause hopelessness and discouragement.  He, Who wants all to be saved, would not make it so difficult that only a few would benefit.

Some hardened souls bet that the best answer is "Hardly any".

     It technically should be "None", or "Hardly any".  "All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God."  Romans, 3:23.  But, He is merciful, so that answer is wrong.

                                          Rome and Egypt is America and the Middle East.

     All of us pay higher electric, gas, diesel, and gasoline bills than we should.  Building a few hundred nuclear generators would solve this problem in three or four years.  The off-peak price for nuclear power is about one cent/kwh. 

     Fleets of battery powered cars, coupled with nuclear reactors, would save American families trillions of dollars a year.

     When we think about this, it makes perfect sense.  Few elected officials even mention it.  Why? 

     A.  They are either not bright enough to understand it, which is unlikely.
