April 1, 2008 Circles of hatred. It's always astonishing when we innocents discover that some people actually enjoy hating their neighbors. We frequently see crime shows that illustrate how cherishing hatred leads people to kill spouses, children, neighbors, business associates, store clerks, prostitutes, and even randomly selected people. In the afterlife, the innermost circles of hatred are occupied by those who kill the largest number of their neighbors. There, Mao, Stalin, Hitler, Pol Pot, Castro, Mugabe, etc. suffer endlessly the torments of the damned. Less virulent haters encourage less obvious killing. Abortificant types of birth control pills, chemical and medical abortions, and euthanasia are universally encouraged by those who hate their neighbors, but don't hate quite enough to kill slightly more capable children adults. Other haters encourage stealing. Taking from neighbors is an ever-popular way for government officials to support themselves. So, fountains of lies are always flowing in the courts of the damned, each one justifying more ways to take more from others. Lying is a big part of stealing and killing, so liars have little trouble getting ahead in corrupt societies. They, too, form another circle of hatred. Floating magically above these ravaging liars, thieves, and murderers is The Roman Catholic Church. It is invariably and eternally under attack, both from those without and from those who have cunningly managed to infiltrate it. Those within it are protected from many of the ravages that destroy their neighbors. Just as Judas appeared among the Apostles, so must betrayers of life and truth be ever be with us.
Wednesday, April 2, 2008 God loves Jacob. He hates Esau. Romans, 9:13 is clear. "As it is written: Jacob I have loved; but Esau I have hated ." God is free to love and to hate whom he pleases. There's a recent post on Dienekes Anthropology Blog that's related to this: "Christian and Muslim Lebanese do differ from each other after all was posted on Thursday, March 27, 2008.
"It seems to have come in from Europe and is found mostly in the Christian population," said Dr Spencer Wells, director of the Genographic Project. "This is odd because typically we don't see this sort of stratification by religion when we are looking at the relative proportions of these lineages - and particularly immigration events." He told BBC News: "Looking at the same data set, we saw a similar enrichment of lineages coming in from the Arabian Peninsula in the Muslim population which we didn't see [as often] in the Christian population." Lebanese Muslim men were found to have high frequencies of a Y chromosome grouping known as J1. This is typical of populations originating from the Arabian Peninsula, who were involved in the Muslim expansion." Few people in the world have been as faithful to God under such horrifying tyranny as the Christians of Lebanon. So, we can assume that there are few people He has loved as much. As the report indicates, the sons of Esau are genetically different from the sons of Jacob. One wonders why, in a mere fifty years, the sons of Esau have become so rich and so powerful if God hates them. One explanation is that we, the sons of Jacob (Most Europeans are descended from the ten northern tribes, all of whom descend from Jacob, which is why the Lebanese Christians have DNA similar to Europeans. They just stayed put while our ancestors moved West.), have become poorer as the sons of Esau have become richer is because God has turned His face from us. We know from the First Programming Log (Old Testament) that, more than anything, He hates for His chosen people to worship idols. Too many of us have begun to do just that. Our governments are ruled by those who have exchanged their souls for material possessions, high salaries, pensions, and benefits. It does little good for us to complain about the choices our leaders make. We elected them, and are, therefore, held responsible for the evil that they do. Remember, our ancestors all wanted democracy, so we cannot avoid our responsibility for the actions of our oft-depraved leaders any more than we can avoid being held accountable for the original sin we inherited from Adam and Eve. We have not demanded that our officials turn their faces back to the God Who loves us. Instead, many of us have begun to lust after idols, ourselves. Not smart. Today, as happened yesterday and will happen tomorrow, thousands more of Esau's children will move into territories that God had given to the Sons of Jacob. That's how angry He is with us for allowing abortion, euthanasia, birth control, and all the other results of exchanging God for the worship of idols. We can but plead with Him to be patient, and not to visit upon us the wrath we so richly deserve. We can each begin to make a difference by turning to Him in prayer and sorrow for our collective sins.
Thursday, April 3, 2008 Plastic bags are especially useful in determining IQ. A perennial pseudo-issue much beloved by the other side is the use of plastic bags. Plastic bags are routinely demonized. A great many of those on the left side of the intellectual bell curve are readily convinced that they should be very, very concerned about plastic bags. Recently, one city proposed that a twenty cent tax be imposed on plastic bags. Many believe that such a tax is "only fair", and work to have such legislation passed. Think of the endless newsprint devoted to the plastic bag problem. Call to mind the endless news segments on TV shows devoted to the "problems" of plastic bags. Is the problem a real one, or is it another imaginary issue beloved by those unable to rationally consider far bigger issues? For six months, I have saved every single plastic bag I was given at every store. I have a half pound of them. All of them fit easily into two of those same plastic bags. They take up about as much space as a pillow. If I squeeze them together, they will fit into one of those bags. If I take them out and burn them, the residue would fit into a tablespoon. Most of the problems lovingly presented by those whose brows furrow deeply over such things are similarly fraudulent.
But, many are easily led to be more worried about using a pound of plastic bags over the course of a year than about any of the issues in the above paragraph. At the same time they worry about such mindless trivia, many on the left side of the bell curve are unable to realize that plastic bags make it easier for them to get food home from the store more easily, and with less spoilage and breakage, than at any time in human history. They are blind to any positives, and can only see negatives. Those who spend valuable living time worrying about the "dangers of plastic bags" have not only turned their face from God and His command to love their neighbors, they have turned away from rational thought, itself. One wonders if the allegation "Liberals are crazy." is, in fact, the best explanation for their mental processes.
Friday, April 4, 2008 Eric Hoffer, longshoreman philosopher. One of the most brilliant distillations of wisdom is Mr. Hoffer's observation: "Movements turn into businesses. Businesses turn into rackets." We have but to look at the Great Society Programs instituted by President Johnson. All of them are now rackets. More recently, the "Ozone Hole" turned into an excuse to let manufacturers of freon raise their prices from a dollar a can to twenty dollars a can. What was once a simple process of putting freon in our air conditioners may now only be done by a "licensed professional." Being comfortable on hot days has become a racket. Those who drive on hot days in heavy traffic are especially willing to pay this extortion, a fact to which those who started the movement were not blind. Similar rackets exist with virtually every phase of the environmental movement. While most of those who think such things are important are sincere, they are equally simple. Many are unable to realize the vast profits generated by environmental frauds. The grassroots environmentalists will never see a nickel from their efforts. Those higher up on the environmental food chain are pocketing millions. Al Gore is alleged to have banked over fifty million dollars since leaving public office. It is important for Catholic Fundamentalists to understand both the depth and the profitability of frauds. Mr. Hoffer's accurate summing-up, "Movements turn into businesses. Businesses turn into rackets." should never be far from our analysis of the world around us. There are two reasons for this. First, we must save our own souls. Secondly, we have a duty to try to help others save their souls, as well. Understanding the motivations for movements is a great help.
Saturday, April 5, 2008 No racketeer is allowed to criticize other rackets. When one begins to participate in a fraud that involves taking money from taxpayers, one quickly finds that he is required to support all frauds that involve taking money from taxpayers. A public educator cannot very well talk about how much fraud there is in the freon installation racket, or the wetlands racket, or the foster child racket without being called upon the fact that he, too, is taking money by being involved in a field in which rackets abound. As soon as anyone begins to take money from any government program, one is effectively prevented from criticizing any government program. Why? If a person profiting from one tax-confiscation racket criticizes another racket with similar funding, he will be reminded of the source of his own income, and of his own participation in the racket that provides it. Once this has happened to a person a couple of times, especially in public, he tends to keep his mouth shut. This is the reason that most big businesses support liberal candidates for office. Once a business takes a little government money for a program, they quickly need more. Few things are as addictive as government money. It is understood by all concerned that the price for that money is keeping quiet about waste, mismanagement, and profiteering in other rackets, no matter how egregious and blatant they are. So, Catholic Fundamentalists try to follow a simple rule: "Don't take money from the government." If we look at such funds as "unclean", and we will, when we realize that it is, by nature "hush money" taken at gunpoint from our neighbors, the chances of saving our souls are vastly increased. And, by obeying this "Eleventh Commandment", which, to repeat, is "Don't take money from the government." we remain open to truths we are free to speak.
Saturday, April 5, 2008 A prayer sprang unbidden to my lips. A reverie of a few minutes, in which my thinking was focused on several things that I wanted but did not need, was suddenly interrupted by an anguished thought: "Oh, God, please forgive the shallowness of my concerns." It was as if my Guardian Angel had grown sick of the silly distractions that were keeping me farther from God than I should be and had taken intellectual control for a brief, illuminating second. Suddenly, there was a glimpse of all of a day's thoughts, stretched out in a long line. The thoughts that were pleasing to God were like little lights in a long line of dim silliness. There were not a lot of bright lights in that long line of thoughts. And, there were dark thoughts, as well. Most of them were, thankfully, chased away. Of the words spoken during the last week, most were concerned with the world. Some were focused on God and His desires. I can say that there were no bad deeds, but there were few good ones. Picturing the long line of thoughts, words, and deeds that had occupied my mind, words, and body showed few, if any, signs of saintliness. But, the sudden realization of the shallowness of most of my concerns was a spur that, at least during the writing of this, drove me from thinking about accumulating more of the things of creation and made me consider the Creator of those things.
Sunday, April 6, 2008 Balance of Democrats' power is only shifting geographically. The amazing part of President Clinton's election was a shifting of power away from the Northeast Quadrant of the country. He was able to put together a coalition that marginalized the numerous powerful Democrats whose machines ran cities and states from Minneapolis to Boston. Now, his wife is running against that machine, and appears to be losing. But, the real base of the Democratic Party is not geographic. Its power is based on bringing together people who choose to live in a mental state of mind that first glorifies, then brings together, the bitter, frightened, and unhappy in an endless assault on their neighbors' rights and property. Their unspoken Party Platform is simple: "If you vote for us, we will take money from your neighbors and give some to you." The written part of their Platform is filled with lies to disguise theft by calling it "help" for those who have been virtually destroyed, both morally and intellectually, by having chosen to be recipients of those funds. Each group is promised that additional dollops of gravy will be dropped upon and among them. Few have gotten as many ladlesful of particularly greasy gravy as the Clintons, themselves. Their recently released tax returns show that in the past five or six years, out of a hundred and nine million dollars in reported income, they gave ten million dollars to charity. The charity that received those funds was the William J. Clinton Foundation. The Obama family hasn't had time, yet, to set up their own foundation. While Mrs. Obama was mysteriously rocketed into an extremely high paying job in the growth industry of socialized medicine shortly after her husband's election to public office, and the two have recently purchased a particularly impressive mansion with financing and assistance from a man they now claim not to know at all well, they just haven't had the years and years to accumulate the millions and millions that the Clintons have stowed away. They can but see the hundred million in the William J. Clinton Foundation and dream that particular version of the American Dream toward which they tell others to aspire, knowing full well that such really Big Dreams can only come true for those who hold really big public office. Their dreams are grounded in reality by the knowledge that the last President of France was discovered to have, after a mere ten year term, squirreled away forty million dollars in Japanese bank accounts, with other amounts in other countries as yet undiscovered. "The Clintons probably have a half-a-billion in overseas accounts. Maybe, more!" the Obamas say to each other, shaking their heads in astonishment at the amounts to be accumulated by helping the poor. When President and Mrs. Truman left the White House, their driver took them to the train station. They both shook hands with the single Secret Service agent who escorted them, said "Good-bye", both to him and to Washington, and returned to Missouri to the modest house they'd lived in before his election to the Presidency. Neither the Clintons nor the Obamas will retire into such anonymity or poverty. "That's crazy!", all four of them would agree.
Monday, April 7, 2008 Returning to Revelations. Friday, March 22, 2008 there was a column on the 6th Seal in the book of Revelations. When reading through that Book, and then rereading it a dozen or so times, one is struck with how hard it is to place any passage about the Seven Seals, Trumpets, and Vials into any specific period of time. Saints and scholars have struggled with it for lifetimes. "God,", I remember asking, "please give me a meaning for at least one of the Seals, Trumpets, or Vials so that I can put all of them into some kind of context." The March 22 column describes an idea that came to me after my plea. It was reasonable, and showed how the Sixth Seal could be seen to describe events at the Crucifixion, Descent into Hell, and Resurrection. IF that is an accurate portrayed, then we see that the opening of the First Seal, after which one of the animals called "Come!" and the rider of the White Horse appeared, armed with a bow, must have been before the Descent into Hell in approximately 33 B.C. A bow fired by a single archer, as opposed to mass bowmen firing rapid volleys, usually fires an arrow at a specific target. He went on from "victory to victory". It may be reasonably suggested that the Rider of the White Horse may have been the Spirit that calls some people to belief in God. The first person called to both belief and sacrifice was Abel. So, it may be plausibly suggested that the first arrow fired by the Rider of the White Horse was what called Abel to faith. There are, to be sure, many interpretations of the Rider of the White Horse. I found 21 suggested meanings in a brief amount of research. Many studies of what the White Horse symbolized were accompanied by a great deal of study and effort. Once we consider the likelihood of that explanation, we can move on to the Rider of The Red Horse. He, it will be remembered, was given a huge, two-edged sword with which he encouraged people to kill each other. That rider may symbolize the spirit of murderous rage that encouraged Cain to kill Abel, the first Scriptural record of murder.

2. According to Bloomberg News, McCain is more hawkish than Bush on Iraq, Russia and China. Conservative columnist Pat Buchanan says McCain "will make Cheney look like Gandhi." Good. A strong leader keeps our enemies from attacking us. 3. His reputation is built on his opposition to torture, but McCain voted against a bill to ban waterboarding, and then applauded President Bush for vetoing that ban. It's only sane for national security to take precedence. 4. McCain opposes a woman's right to choose. He said, "I do not support Roe versus Wade. It should be overturned." Many are glad that McCain supports a baby's right to live. Babies are especially happy about Mr. McCain's pro-life position. 6. He's one of the richest people in a Senate filled with millionaires. The Associated Press reports he and his wife own at least eight homes! Yet McCain says the solution to the housing crisis is for people facing foreclosure to get a "second job" and skip their vacations. First of all, he's right about letting people solve their own mortgage problems, rather than giving them a handout. Most foreclosures involve speculative property in very few states. Our taxes should not be raised to give speculators a free ride. Second, he may be one of the richest Senators, but is nowhere near as wealthy as Ted Kennedy or Jay Rockefeller. Move-0n must think that the people they try to motivate are too dumb to realize that if super-rich Senators shouldn't be in office, they could begin by purging their own ranks of such. 8. McCain talks a lot about taking on special interests, but his campaign manager and top advisers are actually lobbyists. The government watchdog group Public Citizen says McCain has 59 lobbyists raising money for his campaign, more than any of the other presidential candidates. Better to have competing lobbyists whose efforts often cancel each other out than to have a handful of single-minded lobbyists whose sole goal is to increase spending and raise taxes. 9. McCain has sought closer ties to the extreme religious right in recent years. The pastor McCain calls his "spiritual guide," Rod Parsley, believes America's founding mission is to destroy Islam, which he calls a "false religion." McCain sought the political support of right-wing preacher John Hagee, who believes Hurricane Katrina was God's punishment for gay rights and called the Catholic Church "the Antichrist" and a "false cult." Obama's supporters are on record as saying "God damn America", and many of Hillary's supporters, while not as blunt, also have the same tendency to "hate America first." McCain is far more preferable. 10. He positions himself as pro-environment, but he scored a 0—yes, zero—from the League of Conservation Voters last year. Good! We cannot any more fanatics who just can't stop spending and taxing to clean the land, air, and water far beyond any standards that could be called "sane". Wednesday, April 9, 2008 Democratic problems. Over the years, Democrats have abandoned private sector workers. They have achieved a coalition of minorities that include Blacks, left-leaning Jews, many public-sector workers, homosexuals, environmentalists, and leftists. Their coalition is getting shakier. To win elections, they absolutely have to add Hispanics to their constituency, and they have to do it without alienating Black voters. Blacks now have a candidate of their own. Obama is picking up 90% and more of the Black vote. White Democrats can no longer take the Black vote for granted. Gone are the days when Bill Clinton could play his saxophone and convince them the Party was their friend. Blacks are speaking out against other segments of the Democratic coalition more vociferously than ever. Many Blacks have long harbored anti-Jewish feelings. Now they're venting those feelings with unprecedented virulence. Many Jews are being scared away from their Party. Black leaders are speaking against Hispanics for taking away jobs that largely unemployed Black men would be getting. Hispanics, likewise, see Blacks as stopping their progress. Since many Blacks are organized in churches that embrace traditional Christian morality, nearly all are anti-homosexual. Blacks also see that Environmentalism is just another way to give money to over-educated White liars and exaggerators. It's almost impossible to keep their Party together. And, it's even harder because huge slugs of money flowing in from overseas make it even harder to tell who has the real support of American Democrats. Regardless of who wins the upcoming nomination, disaffected voters will be aggrieved. If Hillary wins, there will be a sizable exodus of Blacks from the voting process. "Why should we vote for people who stole the election from the first Black candidate?" And, "We've been voting for Democrats for fifty years, and we're no better off than we ever were." The fact is that they're a lot better off, mostly due to Republican policies, but the Democratic Party, in its endless rush to loot the middle class, has convinced all its constituencies that they should have "more". It is, in fact, the deeply ingrained idea that all of its Party members are "entitled" to things that's tearing the Party apart. Homosexuals feel that their desires will be ignored because the Party needs urban black votes more than the 1-2% of the population they represent. Though their monetary contributions are disproportionately larger than those provided by Blacks, the sheer numbers will overwhelm them at the bargaining table. Environmentalists are largely marginalized. Their concerns are so utterly imaginary, and expensive, that every time a Democrat fills his gas tank, he or she comes closer to concluding that environmentalists are either crazy or in the pay of Arab oil interests that will pay any amount to maintain their near-monopoly of oil. The growing fractures are increasingly obvious. TV political shows are increasingly dominated by "panels". These panels include a representative from every significant voting bloc. Each panelist is duty-bound to represent that bloc as if it is the most important group in the world. The deep, underlying hatreds are more apparent every day. As bigger promises are made to buy minority votes, more Whites feel forced to vote Republican. Even Democrats working for the most useless government agencies have taxes to pay. They know that high taxes hurt their families. Every time Whites see their taxes going up to buy votes from the various minority constituencies, a number of them become more allied with the Republicans than with the ongoing White impoverishment that Democratic promises entail.
Thursday, April 10, 2008 The ongoing Crucifixion. Every few months, some self-proclaimed "artist" gets his fifteen minutes of fame with a painting or statue that demeans, belittles, or insults Jesus. With similar frequency, some "writer" produces a book that undermines His divinity. Even more often, schoolchildren are punished for writing about Jesus or drawing pictures of Him. Many of us have gone through phases in which we, ourselves, marked a period of unbelief with unflattering comments and insults directed towards our Creator and those who believed in Him. In that way, and by many other manifestations of self-righteousness and selfishness, we have all participated in the Crucifixion of Christ. He understands that we all go through stages, and that mocking Him and His believers may well be a stage of our own development. If so, hopefully it is a brief one. In comparison, few people bother making fun of non-Christian religious figures. Not many paint obscene pictures of Buddha, Confucius, Mohammed or any founders of existing religions. Even fewer will make fun of Thor, Odin, Ra, Baal, Shiva, or any of the deities of the past. Why do so many attack Jesus so relentlessly? Catholic Fundamentalists understand why. The Culture of Death continues to attack Him simply because He is still alive. If He were dead, they'd ignore Him as they do all the others. Proving that "all things work together for good", their insults are living proof of His living power.

Catholic Fundamentalists tie this in with the Book of Revelations, 6; 10, and the opening of the 5th Seal, which allowed the souls who'd been killed for witnessing to God to cry out for vengeance: "They shouted aloud, 'Holy, faithful Master, how much longer will you wait before you pass sentence and take vengeance for our death on the inhabitants of the earth?". We may assume that each and every aborted baby was a living witness to the power of God, and each was sacrificed upon the altar of convenience. We who have been given the grace to be pro-life must remember to keep trying to do what we can to protect the most innocent lives of all.
Saturday, April 12, 2008 Numbers and consistency. Many of us know wealthy leftists who, through their own efforts, have piled up very large sums of money. They are good at reading balance sheets and income statements. They are often brilliant about investing in stocks, bonds, real estate, and commodities. In that part of their lives, analyzing numbers is a finely honed skill. If consistency is desirable, one would think that they would apply those same analytical skills in all areas of their lives. But, something makes their minds go dead when analyzing other kinds of numbers. The same leftists who will go on and on and on and on about the loss of four thousand American soldiers in Iraq will virtually ignore the eight million babies killed by abortionists during the same time period. The leftists who will fire their investment advisor for not producing the desired returns refuse to use their fine minds to do the same sort of math to find out that an easy way to save the most lives is to encourage the use of DDT to wipe out the mosquitoes that carry malaria. Of such thinking, Jesus said, "Your crime is not that you are blind, but that you say you see." We who are firmly pro-life must ask ourselves what more we could have done to save those most innocent and helpless among us. We know that we are not doing as much as we could to keep babies safe from the abortionists' cold forceps. Our own concerns keep us distracted and occupied. On one hand, most of us have been called to do what we are doing, and we try to do it well. On the other, we are not doing enough. We can, and should, do more. We can also go to Confession, where we may recognize that our sins of omission are serious, and confess them. Our priest will know what to tell us. When our soul leaves our mind and body behind and goes to Judgment, we will not be saved if we've planned to say something like: "I've been a basically good person. I didn't lie, cheat, or steal. I didn't kill anybody." and expect to be saved. We can say, "Forgive me for turning a blind eye to the suffering of my neighbors." But, we have been told by a high authority on the subject that "faith without works is dead". Therefore, it is reasonable to assume that more than a mere request will be expected from us if we are to avoid a fate far worse than death. If we all do something, and, the next day a little more, and continue to work and pray that abortion is stopped we may, and the word "may" must be emphasized, be forgiven. As long as we're doing something, our own soul may stand a chance. We each have the mental ability to picture the endless ranks of the souls of murdered babies sitting in a jury box alongside the Throne of Judgment like a vast cloud of tiny Christmas lights. We might begin by asking them, right here and now, this very minute, to please forgive us for having done so little to keep their numbers from growing. There are many good, solid pro-life organizations. We could make a pledge to increase our donations to them. It would be a start for those of us who want to make an investment with the best possible return.
Monday, April 14, 2008 Both Republicans and Catholics hurt themselves by taking "unclean" money from taxpayers. Most states have one or more large, urban areas surrounded by rings of suburbs. Beyond those suburbs are rapidly depopulating rural areas. The usual pattern of movement is for people to move out of the suburbs into newly developed rural areas. The older suburbs don't like this. It lowers the prices at which their older homes can be sold. An even more important political force, the Democratic minorities that dominate the inner cities hate to see taxable incomes streaming into places where they can't be taxed. So, they've invented "the problem" of "urban sprawl", prompting legislation to keep rural development from transferring more taxable incomes to the hinterlands. At the same time, those profiting from the corruption of cities like Philadelphia and Pittsburgh see where the money is going. They have accelerated their invasion of the political structures of outlying counties to facilitate raising taxes on both those already there and those moving to the outlying locations. One way they do that is by corrupting the Republican Party, replacing rural, Constitution-loving stalwarts with those skilled at extracting money from taxpayers. Conservative Republicans know what happened to the Catholic Church when it "modernized" its Liturgy. Many Catholic organizations accepted government funding, so there was no organized hierarchical opposition to the "modernization". Members began to drift away. Convents, seminaries, and monasteries emptied, priests disappeared, and the lost souls in The Culture of Death, who'd pushed the "new, relevant liturgy ", were happy with the results. The same thing is happening to Republican Party organizations all across the country. As idealists are replaced by profiteers, Constitutional rights are eroded. We are all reduced further into the status of tax-slavery. One way to avoid at least seeing our own souls corrupted by this process is to see that money stolen from us and our neighbors, and then redistributed to buy votes, is "dirty" money. It's "not kosher". It's "unclean". Only if we, ourselves, can resist the temptations to stick our fingers in our neighbors' pockets can we set a believable example in both Church and state. Tuesday, April 15, 2008 One skirmish in the war for souls. The battle for each of our souls goes on right up to the end. The Church encourages Her priests to be nearby when a soul is leaving a body to help that soul get to Heaven. The Culture of Death tries to do exactly the opposite. They work hard to foster rules and regulations that make it more likely that people will die in a state of sin. Some Social Security and other pension/annuity payments, for instance, may be reduced if a person remarries. Many prefer to "live together" instead of remarrying in order to maximize their pension income. Not a good idea for those who want to follow Church doctrine. Governments, of course, are not about to change their rules so that pension rights are vested. They'd rather people burned in Hell forever than do that. What of those bureaucrats who know that their policies must, for no good reason, separate more people from God and salvation than would be the case if pension rights were permanently vested? Do they, whose policies caused many to suffer forever, have to suffer even greater, longer pain? Is it worth the risk?
Wednesday, April 16, 2008 Accountants get their lives back. Most of us don't think much about accountants, but many of them have been working twelve and sixteen hour days for recent weeks. All their tax returns had to be in the mail by April 15. Nearly all of them were completed on time and accurately. Now, they rejoin the human race. Welcome back!
Wednesday, April 16, 2008 Will Obama get, or pay, reparations? Black slaves were usually kidnapped by other Africans, usually Moslem Arabs with guns, and sold by them to slave-traders. Then, many were brought to the Americas. The Moslem participation in the slave trade, without which it could not have existed, has been dropped down the memory hole. Also dropped down the memory hole is the fact that millions of people are still held in slavery, mostly in Africa and Arabia, by descendants of the same people who used to catch and sell them. It is popular, particularly among Democrats, to go on and on about the horrors of slavery. It was, in fact, horrible. But, if it hadn't been for slavery, most Americans of African descent wouldn't be here. They wouldn't even be alive. Slavery protected them from the far more certain death from disease and tribal warfare in Africa. No one ever talks about this. Leftists never want anyone to be thankful for anything. So, hatred for all Americans who were not, themselves, slaves predominates. Hating anyone whose remote ancestors owned slaves is justified by many from the left. That fuels their demands for "reparations", which would take money from American Caucasians and give (demands differ) between a million and ten million dollars to each and every Black American. If leftists sought rational consistency, their difficulties would be compounded by the fact that their chosen candidate, Obama, is descended from slave-owners. What is he to do? The genetic background that contributed to some of his abilities includes contributions from his White ancestors some of whom actually owned Black slaves. If demands for "Reparations" are given into, will Obama get money, or will he have to pay?
Thursday, April 17, 2008 Both Communists and environmentalists demand frequent "switcheroos". When Hitler and Stalin signed their mutual "Non-aggression Pact", American Communists were outraged. Americans who had embraced International Socialism were livid that their hero, Stalin, had signed a treaty with their hated enemy, Hitler's National Socialists. Those American Communists who did not immediately and whole-heartedly switch their allegiance, as they'd previously had to do when their beloved Trotsky suddenly appeared on the list of the "officially hated", were immediately purged. Loyalty to the Party, and to Stalin, was far more important than the mere "truth" about anything. After Communism fell, hordes of the lost souls addicted to hatred were left with no way to hurt their neighbors as much as they wanted. Even the gulags were closed. They promptly became "environmentalists". Red switched to green the same way loyalties had switched from anti-Nazi to Pro-Nazi and from Pro-Trotsky to anti-Trotsky. To be sure that only the most loyal could be members of the Red-Turned-Green Party, another "switcheroo" was announced. Earlier environmentalists had proclaimed the dangers of "Global Freezing". Suddenly, with the blinding speed that was the hallmark of earlier "switcheroos", the Party Faithful were required to turn one hundred and eighty degrees. They were made to ignore and renounce their prior commitments to "Global Freezing" and immediately proclaim the urgency of solving the "Global Warming" problem. Environmentalists had no difficulty in making that "switcheroo". They've learned that obedience to Party leaders is far more rewarding than taking concepts like "truth" seriously.
Friday, April 18. 2008 Fraud is accompanied by a false idol named "higher good". As we begin to see how brilliantly The Programmer programmed, we see that each program has the possibility for viruses to corrupt that program. There is a dimmer mirror-image of every program where everything is backwards. For instance, the portion of His Program that brought freely-entered into marriages into existence has with it the ability to have relationships without marriage. Similarly, when we examine any ideal that He has programmed, we also see the possibility of the corruption of that program. When we consider a portion of His ideal, for instance, that free-will creatures have the right to accumulate reasonable amounts of private property, we also see that there are many who come up with justifications for taking the property of others. We shouldn't care as much about the loss of our property as we should care about the souls of those who are willing to steal from their neighbors in the name of some "higher good". The postulation of a "higher good" that justifies disobeying The Programmer's Operating Instruction to "love God and neighbor" is the universal hallmark of those whose souls have moved closer to condemnation. The "higher good" invariably involves a whole lot of lies which are willingly embraced to justify disobeying His Operating Instructions. So, each false idol necessitates two willful violations of Operating Instructions. First, there is the spiritual desire for something contrary to Operating Instructions. That is either ignored, or it is followed by the creation and blending of lies into a False Idol (the "higher good") to justify it. After those two steps are taken, there is the disobedience, the actual sin, itself. Each sin results in the separation of the disobedient free-will creature from He Who Programmed that person with the ability to obey the Operating Instructions. Each such "higher good" is a false idol, and each false idol is, when reduced to its mental components, a pack of lies. Many Catholic Fundamentalists learn and repeat this helpful reminder: We must always pray For the strength to obey.
Saturday, April 19, 2007 Where do hurtful people, like leftists, originate? Genesis tells us about two of Adam and Eve's children. Abel loved God. He worked hard, and got ahead. Cain hated him for all three reasons. Today, each and every human being is split between the same two personalities. Some love God, work hard, and get ahead. About half the people hate Him. That's the way it's always been, is now, and seems destined to be. Modern leftists are descended from Cain. They hate belief in God, and will go to great lengths to destroy it. They much prefer worshipping at altars of the state, and have always done so. Their favorite false idol is a government big enough and hateful enough to reward them for hating God and their neighbors. The children of Cain haven't changed. Those who used to sacrifice tiny babies in the oak groves of Palestine and the Phoenician/Carthaginian temples are now abortionists. Their acolytes then are "pro-choice" now. Recently, their Communist Empire underwent a severe contraction. The children of Abel, led by the Pope, President Reagan, some labor unions, and the God-fearing people of Poland, fractured Communist hegemony. Those who believed in the joys of big, oppressive government quickly gravitated to Environmentalism. Once the home of a fringe of bird-watchers and souls of similar complexity, Communists looking for jobs quickly seized upon Environmentalism and hi-jacked the entire movement. Once they had it under their control, they quickly turned it into a mammoth racket. We of the West are being driven into bankruptcy by the same hateful fanaticism that characterized the USSR. We can but pray that God spares us from their desire to enslave us "for our own good". Such people are ever the children of Cain, wandering the earth and making trouble as they go from one dark lunacy to another. Saturday, April 19, 2008 Classifying Cain's kids. The very worst people are those with the greatest amount of Cain's genes. The very best are those who take most completely after Abel. Just as Abel was murdered by Cain, so was Jesus. Cain's genes, oddly enough, are chosen. We may actually choose our behavior. As we do, the polarity and attractions of our very being changes. Those who change their nature to be more vicious, violent, and hateful duplicate ever more of Cain's make-up within us. Those of us who try to be kinder, gentler, and more loving likewise alter our basic natures, turning our souls toward God as a sunflower turns toward the sun. The illumination we receive actually changes our very being, making us "children of God". Far better than reversing our polarity and being aligned with the Culture of Death.
Sunday, April 20, 2008 Two, no three, cases of pink eye. Recently, the beloved boondoggle of ethanol has caused food prices to skyrocket. In poor countries, staples like rice and beans have become unaffordable. Riots are taking place. In Haiti, last week, five people were killed in food riots. No self-respecting leftist dares to renounce the ethanol lunacy they worked so hard to inflict upon us. So, articles have been appearing that urge those living in poor countries to solve the ethanol-related food shortages by planting more potatoes. They could encourage more drilling for oil, but that might solve a problem whose existence is turning leftist millionaires into billionaires. Pink eye makes leftists blind to the damage they do. Googling "Larry Sinclair" brings up interesting information on Barack Obama. Mr. Sinclair claims to have had at least two homosexual interludes with Mr. Obama. He also says that Mr. Obama bought cocaine for him, either before or after having sex. He seems to have passed a lie detector test confirming his story. Associated with the story is the murder of Donald Young, a choir director at Obama's church. While Mr. Sinclair says he never met Mr. Young, he had been getting information about his (Mr. Young's) relationship with Mr. Obama prior to Mr. Young's murder, just before last Christmas. The murder was discovered on a Sunday, and reported on the following Tuesday. None of this has appeared in depth on any mainstream media. More interesting, Mr. Sinclair has been censored by Yahoo, CNN, Wordpress, Daily Kos, The Huffington Post, and, we may reasonably assume, others on the left. The perennial "Problem with Plastic Bags" is a remarkably myopic form of pink eye. Most Americans carry their groceries home in plastic bags. Since Americans are at cash registers when they pay for their groceries, the plastic bags are easily taxed. "Environmental reasons", as usual, provide the necessary excuses. But, those with pink eye do see far enough down the road. Americans also throw their garbage away in plastic bags. No move yet to tax the products on which waste disposal is utterly dependent. But, when another pink eye opens . . . . Once, pink eye was a disease of the eye, itself. Now, it has morphed into a deadlier form, a disease of the mind that tries to control the interpretation of what the eye sees so that leftists' oppressive need for control can be extended by seeing fantasy instead of reality.
Sunday, April 20. 2008 Evaluating our thoughts and desires. Living, as we do, with two opposing forces trying to gain possession of our souls, we often have thoughts and desires that we are tempted to turn into words and deeds. When we have a questionable thought or desire, one way to determine its goodnes is to ask if it comes from God or somewhere else. Often, just asking the question: "Does this desire come from God?" is enough to let us determine its goodness. As a general rule, the more consideration we have to give to the question, the less God wants us to do it.
Monday, April 21, 2008 Who's to blame for high gasoline prices? Happy, well-adjusted people know that high prices of anything, including oil, are caused because supply does not meet demand. They go on to conclude that if there were more oil wells, there would be more oil, and the price of gasoline would begin to drop. These cheerful souls realize that there are some people who don't want more oil, and they are willing to provide excuses to keep those in the oil business from drilling more wells. The bitter and unhappy are unable to see the relationship between reduced supply and increased costs. Most of these people will blame "big oil", along with President Bush, for high oil prices. Their minds are so unhinged by hatred that they cannot see that the Democratic Senators, and some depraved Republicans, have made it impossible to drill more oil wells in the many oil-bearing grounds that have been discovered. Because there are too few wells, and because more people are using oil, its needlessly high price is growing hurtful to American families. The perpetually angry are, at the same time, even unable to see that the very people they put into elected office are making them pay more for fuel. Since they do not love their neighbors, especially the prosperous and the poor, they can't forgive their neighbors, and their carefully nurtured anger is easily directed to flow toward those they are told to hate. So, Republicans are routinely demonized by the same perennially unhappy souls who fervently support those who are economically destroying them. Not only do they not love their neighbor, but also, they hate themselves so much that they eagerly participate in their own impoverishment. Those who lead them astray laugh at their easily led followers, behind their backs, of course, and despise them for being so gullible as to trust them.
Tuesday, April 22, 2008 False idols. We who try to do God's will eventually realize that our first mission is to believe. Then, we pray that our belief in Him will be sustained despite the continual attacks of the Culture of Death. As we grow, we realize that the same evil that inspired child sacrifice in the oak groves of Palestine is still at work among us. Abortionists are the heirs of Baal. So are those who took DDT away so that they could murder with malaria. So are those who are causing mass starvation by turning food into the fraud that is ethanol. Just as we love God and life, they hate both. And, they hate the kind of rational thinking and analysis that leads to either. The latest idol raised by the father of lies is the bizzare, earth-worshipping cult of environmentalism. Environmentalism provides the Culture of Death with endless justifications for slavery and slaughter. Those who speak for the false idols. Those who have chosen to serve the false idols defend them at every opportunity. Some idolators are never far from a camera, so we see and hear from them frequently. They are always willing that others die, whether from starvation, malaria, or oppressive government. At the same time, they attack those who believe in God, truth, and life. The lines could not be more clearly drawn. At the end of all days, when earth and sky disappear and we are called to Judgment, it will be clear who's on which side. The souls of those who defended truth and life will be spotless and unstained, washed clean in the Blood of the Lamb. The soon to be sintered souls of those who used their time on earth to kill and destroy will be easily identified by our Final Judge. They do, of course, have time before the Final Judgment to change their ways. Many among them receive the grace to change their minds and ways, and will go on to eternal joy. But, it's very hard for them. The more their souls are corroded, and the less sensitive their minds become to the effects of their actions, the harder it is for them to turn back to the Loving God Who made them.
Wednesday, April 23, 2008 Yesterday. Yesterday was Earth Day. Not uncoincidentally, it was also Lenin's birthday. It's a fitting time to look at the connection between the two. It's long been said that "All the Communists became environmentalists". When we look at the Western countries, we can see that while the Communists failed to conquer militarily, they've done very well with an environmental infiltration that is destroying the once-free nations. With fuel prices at record highs, businesses collapsing from the weight of environmental regulations, and people unable to build housing because various regulators have made construction all but impossible, the West is paralyzed. At the same time, Western governments are collapsing beneath the weight of their bureaucratic, welfare, and immigration programs. The solutions to shortages that impoverish the West are simple, but Communists/environmentalists make it impossible to solve any problems. Huge fields of oil throughout America, its coasts, and polar wastelands cannot be drilled. The fear of hurting polar bears has swollen out of all rational proportion. As their excuses and delays keep us from solving problems, difficulties multiply upon us. Nuclear energy, for similarly imaginary reasons, cannot be used, even though it's energy is clean and practically free. Everywhere in the West, those who hate and despoil their own neighbors stand upon the barriers to progress and shout "No! No! This cannot be!" We all grow ever poorer. So, when we fill up our tanks, we can say "Happy Earth Day", and marvel at the success of the latest Communist/environmental assault upon faith, freedom, and common sense. As we ask God to help us, we can only hope that He has not turned His face away from us, so sickened by all our sins that none of us can expect anything but punishment. Like Attila the Hun, we may see our Communist/environmental oppressors as the "scourge of God".
Thursday, April 24, 2008 A name for the false idol. We see one lie after another emblazoned upon the banners that fly above every leftist fortress. It's almost depressing to name them all. From Public Education to the endless Environmental groups, each has a slogan, a "vital concern", a "pressing problem", or a "great need". Each slogan, boiled down, has the very same message, "Fund me!" As we understand that people will lie for money, we understand the desperation that drives many to incorporate fraud into their minds. Once that lie, and each lie is, for all practical purposes, a living being, becomes a part of them, it destroys the rational part of their minds. We were each programmed with an innate love of, and respect for, truth. Those who make a living by lying lose love and respect for truth. Since God is truth, they quickly become an enemy of Him. "Fund me!" goes from what may pass as idealism to a cash-flow generator. Then, it corrupts itself into criminal activity. The criminality is still masked under the idealistic phrases that marked its successful desire for funding, but the cash flow generator is quickly transformed by the need for more funding into criminal activity. "We have to meet our budget." takes precedence over saving the birds (whose shortened lives must never be blamed on the windmills that chop them into little pieces) or whatever plea allowed them to begin their funding. "Fund me!" is, like the relentless, primitive beat of a drum, the underlying theme of all that such people say and do. It is the false idol they worship regardless of the name of the temple in which they bow before the father of lies.
Thursday, April 24, 2008. Newt Gingrich b. June 17, 1943 d. April, 2007 R.I.P. For the past week or so, Newt Gingrich has been appearing on a TV spot. In it, the once-conservative Newt and Nancy Pelosi, the far-left Speaker of the House, are sitting side by side on a loveseat in front of the White House. Their scripts are short. They both publicly agree that Global Warming is a very real problem that "must" be solved. They look into each others' eyes as they agree on the "importance" of stopping Global Warming. When they saw it, most people asked, "Why did he sell out?" He may have realized how much money he could make from Global Warming. He saw Al Gore make over five million dollars a year from Global Warming. He saw the Clintons put a hundred million in the bank during the same eight years. "How about some for you, Newt?" someone asked. "All you have to do is publicly embrace a big, popular fraud." "Sounds good!" And, he traded his soul for access to the huge flow of cash beginning to stream down from the mountain of lies. So, it's not really the obituary of Newt Gingrich. But, the date marks the death of his soul. Postscript: On April 25, 2008, it was reported that Mr. Gingrich responded to virulent, name-calling about his public flip-flop. He claimed that he did not "necessarily" believe in Global Warming. He merely wanted to be "part of the discussion." Someone might remind him that compounding one sin with another merely makes a bigger sin. All Christian denominations recognize when a lie is compounded with another lie, the teller of the tales is further separated from both the Source of Truth and a permanent home nearby.
Friday, April 24, 2008 Fraudsters are persistent. Little good it does them. One thing that life shows us is that people who lie are seldom deterred by truth. Each lie takes on a life of its own. If the lie will make enough money, the number of people eager to lie about it increases. There is an immutable "Lie Law ". "The number of liars, and the number of lies they tell, is directly proportional to the amount of money they will make by lying." When this is accompanied by Mark Twain's dictum: "It's hard to get a man to see the truth about something if his job depends on not seeing it.", we can see that every single lie is praised by throngs of the greedy and the blind. That's why some people are said to be "blinded by greed". As seen in yesterday's post, the Global Warming Lie has such huge pots of money that even a seemingly honorable conservative can be purchased to support the Lie. Most of us can look at half a thousand years of solar charts (sunspot measurements have been going on for centuries), compare them with rhythmic temperature fluctuations, and see that the connection between solar output and planetary temperatures is very, very direct. But, the Global Warming Liars are blind to it. When faced with real and verifiable evidence, they just make up new lies. When those lies are exposed, they go back to the first lies, like dogs returning to their vomin, endlessly jiggering the evidence to make their case. All the while, more supporters are purchased while non-believers are increasingly slandered, vilified, and driven to the sidelines. As a lie gains enough momentum, many who are neutral about the lie gravitate toward the liars. It's so much easier to just go along than it is to stand up for truth that Catholic Fundamentalists cannot help but see Global Warming as The Programmer's way of deleting defective programs so that they may be denied access to Heaven. Those who embrace and believe lies are, in the words of Revelations, "branded by the beast". Every age, after all, must have a way for its free-will programs (us humans) to make a choice between truth and lies. As St. Columban said, "Without a battle, there is no victory. Without a victory, there is no crown." Today, God uses the great Global Warming Lie to separate those He will choose from those He will reject. Pity our neighbors who sell their souls for the proverbial "mess of pottage". We know what will happen to those who let themselves be branded with the Mark of the Beast.

I didn't know where the phrase "sin-sick soul" came from until I googled it, and was pleasantly surprised to learn that it came from that most famous of Methodists, John Wesley, himself: Wouldst thou the body's health restore, And not regard the sin-sick soul? The sin-sick soul thou lov'st much more, And surely thou shalt make it whole. [Collection, 385.6.14] Wesley was a firm believer in The Holy Trinity. He spent more effort than most Protestants of his time in fighting valiantly against the various unitarian heresies that, by now, have followed the Arians into Godlessness. In an America whose potential believers were widely scattered, Wesley travelled tirelessly to instill a "keep-yourself-holy" attitude that kept many people believing in the truth of Scripture. His incredibly effective evangelism prompted millions to procure a Bible, to read it, to believe it, and to act upon the precepts it contained. The generations of Methodists raised by his principles made, and continue to make, a profound difference in the spirit of America. They were a major force in keeping the self-righteousness of the Puritan extremists from getting the country to become as utterly unhinged as they, always the burners of witches, tended to be. Wesley's undoubted faith, alas, was not destined to remain as influential on many Methodists several generations removed. Today, the country's most well-known Methodist is Hillary Clinton. Unfortunately, her support for abortion on demand is shared by many on the liberal fringe of that denomination. The Methodist's official pro-choice position has moved somewhat toward a pro-life position. It is to be hoped that, inspired by its founder's faith, it will continue to do so. In fact, if Wesley was prophetic enough to realize that his own passage would apply to those who inherited and carried on his faith, he may have been speaking of the liberal part of the body of the modern Methodist Church when he said: Wouldst thou the body's health restore, And not regard the sin-sick soul? The sin-sick soul thou lov'st much more, And surely thou shalt make it whole. Let's hope He does.
Sunday, April 27, 2008 3-D Programming. One of Catholic Fundamentalism's joys is contemplating its concept of defining God as the "Unprogrammed Programmer". When we add to that the idea that He is able to program the building blocks of particles that He compiled into structures and beings. Then, we can look at the Book of Genesis and very reasonably see how He could have programmed all Creation is a week. Today, only Catholic Fundamentalists explore this fascinating field. Soon, of course, some of the splinter groups will discover what we've done. They will promptly appropriate some of our ideas and apply them to their own types of Fundamentalism. But, for the past few years, we've had the field to ourselves and have been happily plowing, planting, and weeding. Many have been reading these pages long enough to have become familiar with the basics, "The Programmer programmed all the carbon-14, fossils, etc., in order to give us free will. If He hadn't given us a Creation to observe and freely conclude to be as old and remote from Him as we wanted, we could not truly be said to have free will." As it is, only Catholic Fundamentalists understand that the range of free will He programmed is so vast that many people can freely choose to believe that Creation is twenty billion years old, while we, who have a much greater appreciation of His awesome power, can reasonably say that He made the entire universe and all within it just seven to twelve thousand ago. We may want to mention these theories to intelligent acquaintances, and ask for help disproving them. "I've been reading about this theory that God can program in three dimensions. According to those Catholic Fundamentalists, He programmed the universe like a huge, animated movie, except He programmed everything in real-time 3-D" It's fun to watch people wrestle with it. You may want to make a mental bet with yourself as to how long it will take someone to say: "That argument is circular". One may choose to cheerfully agree. "Yup. Biggest circle that there is. Everything fits inside it. "
Monday, April 28, 2008 The more sins to juggle, the worse the mind works. None of our minds work well when distracted by sin. One may assume that, while there are differences in innate intellectual ability, sin makes sinners far dumber than their minds' actually are. The rule is: "The more we sin, the dumber we become." Expecting the sin-burdened person to think effectively is like asking a juggler to go on juggling four or five balls while he tries to negotiate a complicated lease. He might be able to do a credible job working on the lease while juggling one or two balls, but as more balls are added, his ability to think correctly wanes. Our own minds don't work well when we're juggling sins. It's important to realize that there's rarely, if ever, just one sin. Catholic Fundamentalists understand that each sin is preceded by a desire for the sin, it is accompanied by justifications for the sin, and it is followed by explanations for having committed the sin. The more sin, the more juggling. The more juggling, the less we can get done.
Tuesday, April 29, 2008 Bribing 51 Senators impoverishes three hundred million Americans. There are about 300,000,000 people in the United States. They spend a trillion dollars a year on foreign oil, mostly from the Middle East. There are 100 U.S. Senators. 51 of those Senators can keep 300,000,000 people from drilling oil wells on American soil. Over the years, I've noticed that bribes are rarely more than 5% of any useless project's cost. In other words, a person who gets a state legislator to sponsor legislation that will make the briber a million dollars rarely has to pay that legislator over $50,000.00. Often, one or two percent is all that's necessary. Smaller bribes are called "campaign contributions". Bigger bribes go into tax-exempt foundations and overseas accounts hidden from revenue agencies. Chirac, the recent President of France, was found to have deposited $40,000,000 in one Japanese bank account after only ten years of service. The Clintons made $110,000,000.00 in the eight years since leaving office. The Gores, $40,000,000.00 boils down to five million a year. For that money, they are expected to divert solving the nation's energy problems into the wacky fringes of solar, hydrogen, and wind power, leaving existing cash flows in place. If the 51 Senators whose votes are necessary to maintain the Middle-east's virtual monopoly on oil are each getting bribes of, say a million a year, it only costs the current producers a pittance to go on draining us dry.
Wednesday, April 30, 2008 More hurtful laws require bigger bribes. Only a few people know how much it takes to bribe a legislator. It doesn't take much to influence a vote to, for instance, extend Mickey Mouse's copyright protection. A few hundred thousand dollars, a parade of Disney characters prancing through the halls of Congress, and, presto, the Disney copyrights on Donald and Mickey get an extension unavailable to other copyright holders. That's a perfect example of changing the laws to help a tiny special interest. Passing laws to protect polar bears costs a lot more. First of all, there are more polar bears than ever, and their numbers are growing. So, bigger lies have to be told to cover up the truth. But, "protecting" polar bears makes it more difficult to drill for oil, so overseas oil producers are willing to pay a lot for lies and laws that maintain their monopoly. Existing oil interests, mostly in the middle east, will spend any amount to stop competition. They are more desperate than Disney to get laws, public opinion, and the media opposed to all workable means to achieve energy independence. Fewer Americans believe what they read in the newspaper or hear on government-controlled broadcasts. As it becomes harder to convince people paying four or five dollars a gallon for gasoline that they should go on doing so to protect a handful of thriving carnivores, vastly bigger bribes are needed. Some have to be given more directly. Big, direct bribes are easier to find. Soon, we may start to see evidence of some elected officials putting money in offshore accounts in exchange for votes. It'll be a big story. The internet won't let it die.
Wednesday, April 30, 2008 Who wants to destroy Christians and Jews? How do they plan to do it? As we know, terrorists frequently attack Christians and Jews. Churches and synagogues are burned. Bishops, priests, ministers, and rabbis are murdered. Congregations are slaughtered. These are not the only attacks our enemy mounts against us. This outright, virtual war is accompanied by economic destruction. Oil and natural gas deposits in Germany, America's Gulf Coast, and the endless polar wastelands are kept off limits. Our enemy knows that Americans, alone, are losing a trillion dollars in assets every year to buy oil from an enemy sworn to destroy us. They want to keep it that way. Once they are able to raise American taxes high enough to stop American military spending, they will be poised for victory not just in the boardroom, but on the battlefield. Many elected officials, given enough money from our enemy, will sell us down the river. They will pass laws making Americans poorer and polar bears fatter. When will it stop? When gasoline reaches $5.00/gallon? Six? Seven? As more Americans begin to consider: "A handful of Democratic Senators are not letting us drill for oil because they're taking bribes from middle eastern groups of one kind or another. Why are they bribing our legislators? Our enemy has sworn to destroy us. Bribing legislators and officials is an important part of their efforts to make us too poor to fight." they will find it easier to believe. |
